  The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning...with the sun and the view). The apartment was close to the town centre (5 to 10 minute walk) but their where a number of shops in the vacinty selling all basic needs. We felt like at home. The apartment is big and comfortable, fully equipped and located in a quite street that was important for us with a baby.   This was the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff was amazing and the hotel itself was beautiful. It is built into the side of a hill overlooking a beautiful bay at the edge of Rovinj. Our room was amazing, with a balcony that overlooked the bay and the sunset. The bathroom was bigger than our bedroom at home!   This gem of a hotel deserves to be booked solid for the season. Katerina, the owner, has designed a delightful, elegant, luxury boutique hotel with a mere nine rooms, and current prices are a snip! This hotel has our highest possible recommendation. - To put it in one word: amazing. Very attentive and kind staff - helpful but at the same time discreet. Rooms are large and luxurious with all the possible "smart" functions. Restaurant is excellent both for fish and meat (amazing beef carpaccio with fresh truffles). Small, cosy spa area with everything you might need for a couple - it costs extra but it is well worth of the small extra charge. Istria at its best. Highly recommended.

  The location relative to the beach (about 200m walk) and to shops (another 50m and some other shops not so far, easily reachable with a car) is perfect, it's also relatively easy to find with a GPS if you enter the name of the street. Air conditioner worked, blinds preventing us to wake up too early were there. The parking slot is situated directly - We loved everything about this apartment. It was really fully furnished, nothing was missing to make us feel like we're at home. It is very close to the sea and a nice pebble beach. The main road carrying lots of traffic is very close by but the apartment is situated at a distance from it so the traffic does not disturb you. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the terrace on the 2nd floor is fabulous. We will definitely come back!

  Really nice location, a bit outside of Porec center. After a long drive from Germany this was our first place to stay in Croatia. We felt so relaxed over here that we even changed our initial plans and stayed one night longer. Facilities were good and it was really nice to use the pool just a foot-step away from our terrace. Owners - Quiet location, private pool. Gated, safe & secure apartments with shaded parking. Extremely clean, excellent facilities in the room - including air-conditioning. Owner very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
