  The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning...with the sun and the view).   Amazing hotel, beautifully if not always practically designed. The staff were generally extremely friendly and helpful. The new pool area and cafe are lovely. They need some more time to prepare the apartment so, they give us directions and recomendations what to do and where to go. The apratment is spacious and suitable perfectly for four person family. I especially appreciate it that when my girlfriend got sick during our holiday, our hostess didn't hesitate to help us out in all ways that she could. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
