The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa
is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the
morning...with the sun and the view). If you don't mind a little
walk, you can even get to downtown Opatija. There is a grocery store
down the street. The view from the apartment is absolutely gorgeous.

We stayed at Villa Luppo for a couple of days in August 2013. I can only wish we had more time! Our family had a terrific time. Katia and Ivo are great hosts! Welcoming, very attentive to our needs, always ready to help. We arrived late, it was already dark, they met us nearby and directed us to the apartment. Amazing hotel, beautifully if not always practically designed. The staff were generally extremely friendly and helpful. The new pool area and cafe are lovely. The hotel was extremely busy when we were there and it was difficult to get a lounger next to the pool but this wasn't a problem as there were plenty of other loungers in amongst the trees.

Spent 2 nights here in Oct.,we were given an upgrade to a Jazz Room and althought it was a bit cool for the water it was great for relaxing! Staff so great !! I can see why it is such a conference hotel as they are very service oriented! Lana at the front desk was delightful and enjoyed meeting the head chef that grew up in Canada(woohoo Canadian Maple Syrup on the menu) Ate in L Restaurant twice and would go back again. Presentation and flavors of the dishes were wonderful. Loved the Croation

Amazing hotel in great location, rooms were extremely well equipped and comfortable. Even the baby crib we had in the room was a real crib not one of those travel beds. Would highly recommend and plan to return next summer.

The location in the centre of Rovinj is excellent - adjacent to the port and exactly what we wanted. Lots of activity there and great views. The staff are extremely helpful and the food in the hotel restaurant was first class. - Perfect location overlooking the harbor. Sea view rooms are superior.

You get real value for money.
Our hosts were extremely kind.
I especially appreciate it that when my girlfriend got sick during our holiday, our hostess didn't hesitate to help us out in all ways that she could.
I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
