This was a second visit because we loved it so much the first time. Location is wonderful - quiet and peaceful with the lovely uncrowded beach at Totland easily accessible. Easy to get the bus from Yarmouth and to travel round the island. The hotel is extremely comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfasts are delicious - the best poached eggs ever- and the staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. Definitely the best of the many hotels we have stayed in on the Isle of Wight. W

The owners were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The 2 bedroom suite was immaculate in every way. Huge choice of teas and coffee in room and owner will cook a simple supper if requested - home made soups were excellent. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice with homemade preserves and yogurt, freshly laid eggs and a huge variety of dishes freshly cooked.
Very well placed for walking with beautiful countryside.

Everything was wonderful, but I will start with Julie who ""makes it all happen." Her helpfulness knows no bounds, and her smiles and greetings make you feel special. B & B at the Hilton House was great. Breakfast each day was cooked to perfection and the bed was the most confortable ever. It was a wonderful stay. -

we loved everything about Rockstone Cottage, and amazing place. I cannot rate it highly enough, from Sheena and Gary to Millie the dog were so welcoming we feel we have made friends for life. the facilities was second to none, with every comfort catered for. even to cakes and chocolates every day.
