The location was perfect! We went for a concert, literally a 5 minute walk to the arena, a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre and the Christmas market was down the road. The staff were excellent. They helped me with printing business documents, getting wi-fi access and even lent me a sewing kit! They also gave me extra tea and coffee and advised me on getting a taxi. I was impressed by how they helped other customers - someone wanted a Blackberry charger and they went out of their way to find one. The staff were excellent - friendly and professional.

Since 2003 I have travelled extensively and have therfore stayed in many hotels. The staff at the Best Western were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. The receptionist who checked me in on Sat morning was polite, helpful and very professional. It made my stay all the more enjoyable. Many thanks to you all. - since our last visit the

Muy centrico - The staff were all extremely friendly but especially the lovely lady in the restaurant. Very nice room, well decorated. Do not agree with people complaining about room size, perhaps I was lucky that I had double. I needed somewhere to stay in Nottingham for one night and booked The
Beeches at the last minute. For £50 I had a very comfortable bed in a

The Staff were excellent, I spend most of my Business life in Hotels all over the World, I was looking for a good value Hotel near to the City Centre, the Beeches Hotel tick all the boxes.....the fact that all the Staff we brilliant, especially the guys in the Bar whilst the football was on, was an added bonus..... keep up the great service and relaxed atmosphere, it certainly make the difference to my stay!

I loved the great service I received and the standard of service never fell during my stay at the hotel whatsoever.
Additionally the price was great and the quality of both staff and hotel were fantastic. I would defiantly stay again. This hotel should at least be a four star. I hope the rating of the hotel reaches four star as a minim. -

La ubicación era perfecto, a 2 minutos del centro y del Castillo de Nottingham, y a 5 minutos de la estacion de tren. la habitación es bastante amplia. El personal muy amable. - Me ha encantadosu situación y la primera habitación 208, bastante mejor que la que ocupamos a los tres días siguientes. Volveremos.

The Location is perfect just around the corner from the bottom of
Hockley, the apartment was beautiful, lots of lovely designer details
and very stylish finishes, such as leather feature walls, lots of glass

We arrived early and the staff were really helpful and actually let us in an hour early, it was so close to all of the Shopping Nottingham has to offer, the apartment was really clean, beds were really comfy, excellent place to stay for Nottingham Arena being only a 3 minute walk away, which is initially why we chose it, but would definitely stay there again.... Can't say enough good things about the service.... Thank you!!!

The lads behind the bar were very friendly, especially the assistant manager, Carl, who was very helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was good. The staff in the morning were cheery and again very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very hearty and set us up for the day!
