The room was brilliant, we had a family room so had a sofa and tv which made it really feel like home. When we arrived Jacqui made us a cup of tea and made us feel very welcome. The bathroom looked newly decorated with a lovely big bath, shower and heated towel rail with the softest towels I've ever felt, truly luxurious!

We have just spent a couple of days in this lovely B & B. We were met by Jacqui (the owner/manager) and offered tea and delicious cake. The room was lovely and the bathroom was very modern and fantastic (I really loved the shower!). We really enjoyed our breakfast and appreciated the fact that a lot of the food was home produced. The family were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help and give advice as where to go in the area as we were very new to it. We would definitely recommen

room by the friendly and gregarious host. The room was comfortable and
well appointed with a beautiful and spacious bathroom. The breakfast on
offer was excellent with fruit yoghurt and granola, warm brioche, superb
scrambled eggs and smoked salmon plus toast and chunky marmalade. It
kept us going all day! Parking in the road opposite was easy and free.

KELVIN! A landlord with an enormous heart - Not only did he and his wife drop us at and pick us up from our hovercraft adventure, when we were muddy and soaked he let us wash up in our room well past our check out time and even refused to accept any extra money. Can't thank you enough for making us feel so welcome :)

Brilliant hotel for when You want a bed by the sea..Shared bathrooms but immaculate.
Whole place was immaculately clean land clean and two minutes walk to a beach.. Very quiet location.
If You don't want their breakfast
there is a small supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants 5 minutes walk away..

this is the second time we have stayed at tong barn first was our honeymoon and was excellent .
and this time was the same we had family with us ellie and steve were very helpful as usual and the family liked the quiet secluded setting the place and steve and ellie make you feel like its a home away from home highly recommended for a quiet weekend good eateries nearby we will be going back again love it...
