The room was brilliant, we had a family room so had a sofa and tv which made it really feel like home. When we arrived Jacqui made us a cup of tea and made us feel very welcome. The bathroom looked newly decorated with a lovely big bath, shower and heated towel rail with the softest towels I've ever felt, truly luxurious!

We have just spent a couple of days in this lovely B & B. We were met by Jacqui (the owner/manager) and offered tea and delicious cake. The room was lovely and the bathroom was very modern and fantastic (I really loved the shower!). We really enjoyed our breakfast and appreciated the fact that a lot of the food was home produced. The family were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help and give advice as where to go in the area as we were very new to it. We would definitely recommen

Excellent breakfast, with homemade fruit salad, homemade bread and jams. Sue was very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Chickens in the garden (in a pen) and friendly dogs and a pond. We were free to sit on the patio and wander in the garden. Good local information, leaflets on attractions and details of walks. The best place we stayed this week.

On arrival we were given tea and chocolate biscuits in the breakfast
room by the friendly and gregarious host. The room was comfortable and
well appointed with a beautiful and spacious bathroom. The breakfast on
offer was excellent with fruit yoghurt and granola, warm brioche, superb
scrambled eggs and smoked salmon plus toast and chunky marmalade. It
kept us going all day! Parking in the road opposite was easy and free.

Myself and my husband stayed at the aviary for one night while going to the Blondie concert in Tunbridge, it was a lovely room very spacious and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Mrs Cox is a lovely lady and nothing was to much trouble. My husband enjoyed a great full english breakfast and even though I am vegetarian this was not a problem and I had a lovely breakfast too. We would definitely stay again if visiting that area.

We have spent 4 nights in this B&B. We arrived a bit earlier, but this was no problem at all.
The location is perfect. Close to the beach, Canterbury, Leeds castle and so much more. There are a lot of places to visit in this area.

From the moment we arrived, Ian and Kay did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable! The location is countryside, but only a short drive to Canterbury centre, or better still the Sturry park and ride. The B and B is spotless, new and v comfy bed, room is spacious, breakfast excellent. The local pub is across the road and the food is good and reasonably priced. There is also a tavern close by in Herne, a carvery that sells roasts great food and a great price. If you are looking for a week

Unexpected a nice place to stay. Firstly we have difficulty to find the location as not so many people around that area know. Even it is just a B&B, the room is kept in very high standard. Bed sheet, towels and every touchable area are clean. I saw that there are a corner in the house which they have books and DVD. A lovely B&B in an ancient and atmospheric property, we had a large quiet room with fantastic shower, luxurious bedding, lovely welcome from Donna, great breakfast. I liked being welcomed in a most family-like manner by the host, Michael. The home was inviting, comfortable, and an extremely good price for such luxury. One has their own key to come and go in this B&B and the suggestions from Michael were very helpful and needed by a solo traveler, new to Dover and I felt completely at home. -
