I was very pleased with my room "studio200". The reception staff was very helpful and I felt well looked after after a long day of moving house. Also the "3D"shower in the room was wonderful!!! - enjoyed use of pool and hot tub, good friendly staff and overall good atmosphere. excellent food for breakfast

Our room was large with everything we needed, including a balcony overlooking the channel. The bathroom was also large with a very powerful shower. Excellent stay at Shh. Friendly staff, clean and good quality accomodation. Only complaints would be the pillows are rather thin and the road outside is fairly loud - The location of the hotel was perfect for me, the rooms were extremly comfortable, Staff were very polite and helpful and the food was wonderful.

I could not fault this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and comfortable. The food was great - order Inadian and you will not be disappointed. Excellent value for money, ten out of ten ! - we only stayed one night, but that was enough to know that we would stay again. Maybe for longer next time.

The courtesy and efficiency of the staff at reception and in the restaurant; the staff were superbly trained in this respect. This hotel is excellent. The Spa facilities are second to none and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a shared Mews cottage but there wasn't anyone in the other room so had the living room and kitchen all to ourselves. - I loved everything about eastwell manor, the staff were lovely. My cottage was supurb. The spa was fantastic

The hotel staff were extremely helpful. Lovely room. Readily available access to the leisure facilites. Son managed to fit in 5 swimming sessions in an overnight stay! Lots of choice of dining/drinking areas. Great breakfast.
Beds very comfortable.
Hotel very busy with weddings, but this didn't impact our stay at all.

We were only there for one night for a nostalgic visit to the surrounding area which we last visited 55 yrs ago. The dinner on Sunday evening and the breakfast the following morning were excellent. The staff at reception when we arrived could not have been more friendly and helpful as were the bar and restaurant staff. A very enjoyable overnight stay

Atmosphere, helpful staff, nice surroundings, easy parking. Didn't eat there dinner but dining room was very pleasant. Overall, very good. - Our room was lovely and had recently been up graded. The staff were very helpful at all times and nothing was too much trouble.

The whole experience at the Rowhill Grange was very good and relaxing. The hotel has spectacular gardens and the facilities were superb especially the spa and pool.
