The location is out of word perfect! My room is at the 33 floor, which means I can appreciate the view of whole city and beach no matter day or night. And all the staffs are very friendly and willing to go extra miles for any requests from customers. I am thinking my next visit already. :) -

The room was much nicer than expected - spacious, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, although you had to walk to their sister hotel around the corner for it - but worth it. There's a surprisingly nice Irish pub almost opposite the hotel as well. Good value for money all round.

This was my 1st time staying at the LK Metropole but it won't be my last . When I got there the hotel was overbooked but they had held me a suite and I got a free upgrade . The Staff gave us a wonderful welcome. My Mother & Brother stayed at this hotel for many years but sadly passed away earlier this year. I took my brother's ashes to Thailand to scatter him with my other brother who died there 7 years ago. I let the hotel know the purpose of my visit and upon arrival I was given a letter from the Manager saying how sorry the staff were to hear of my news. Good location away from busy main strip. Lots of bars close by with live bands. Shopping mall, fast food etc at top of road on main road. 15 mins walk down road to good indoor shopping market area. Beach just 1-2 mins walk away. Good sized room with everything you need. Helpful staff.

It is always nice to arrive early and find the staff accomodating and friendly. Luggage can be stowed until check in. Breakfast is buffet style and the rooms at the new wing are very nice. The hotel is just one street from Central Festival and has a selection of bars close by.
