Really good value for money. Hotel is located just next to Alcazar. Staff is really friendly, professional and helpful. They have 2 public pools and 1 private pool for certain rooms. Next to the main pool there is a bar and you can order drinks (prices are really affordable!).

Staff is excellent! Rooms are average but clean and all the pools are nice. Food is pretty good but as always hotel food is slightly expensive compared to eating out of the hotel. Overall a great hotel in a pretty good location, we will return.

The room was much nicer than expected - spacious, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, although you had to walk to their sister hotel around the corner for it - but worth it. There's a surprisingly nice Irish pub almost opposite the hotel as well. Good value for money all round.

I have stayed here before, so I thought I would do it again. The location and the price is good. Far enough away so you get some peace and quiet, but only 5 mins walk to the beach through "ladyboy street". This place is in good condition and offers great value for money.

very hard to say anything bad about this hotel, situated on beach road it's got great sea views (just across the road). far enough away from the entertainment area so it was quiet but a 5 minute walk to bigC shopping centre and a 20 minute walk along the beach to walking street, tuktuks going past the front gate will take you there for 10baht.
ther rooms are large and fresh and bed very comfortable.
