Upgraded at time of arrival.Cleanliness and convienence of hotel. mister christopher was a great help. We were given a free upgrade to a deluxe suite that was most luxurious.Front desk staff was very helpful when we realized we forgot some toiletries. Good location staff. Pleasant staff. The excellent breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. very accomodating staff. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the accommodations were clean, updated and commodious.Large rooms, great location. Location, close to public transport. We were awaken at 12:30 am by another hotel guest because our room key was assigned out to someone else after we checked in. my breakfast order got lost. No self parking. not well lit. Rooms can be noisy, especially if facing the internal courtyard full of rubbish bins and air conditioners which keep you awake. I had a problem with my credit card caused by the way the hotel operates and I had to spend US$ 191,00 in phone calls to fix it... The hotel charged me for the calls which was related to a problem that they caused.
