Such a great experience. From the moment I checked in, the hotel staff was extremely professional and friendly. Everybody acted genuinely happy to see me, and made me feel like a vip!! When learning it was an anniversary, drink vouchers were given to me and my wife for the Firefly, the attached restaurant. We ate there that evening, and had a fantastic meal. Our room was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the Metro stations made getting around the city very easy. The hotel is not in a 'tou.
all reviews » Room is big , balcony nice , u can smok in balcony , staff so friendly and helpful , i remamber the name of staff hassan and kelly , kristen always over night sheft all of them are good and even in the bar people , my plan was one night but i extended more 3 nights , every things near to u just need walk between 5 minutes max 20 mins to white house ....... Loved the in-room treadmill! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It might be the most pleasant stay I have ever had at a hotel. Nicole at the front was fantastic. The friendly, courteous staff. The wine bar and the coffee bar. The valet parking. The proximity to the Metro. The quiet atmosphere, and the comfortable bed. We loved the boutique feel of the hotel when we returned from a busy day of sight seeing. Rooms were very comfy and relaxing. Spacious and very clean too!. Staff was very courteous if something wasn't right they immediately took care of any concerns. Very nice rooms! Pleasent staff, would go back!. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable; wine tasting at 5 pm was fun and a nice touch; very helpful and courteous staff. Everything was great we got there late they gave the extra hour instead of 12 we left @ 1. will be back soon. The room was spacious even for two adults and three teenager kids, homely atmosphere and central location. The location was perfect, staff were very helpful, rooms were wonderful. very comfortable rooms and staff so friendly and helpfull. I liked the food in firefly and the rooms. The restaurant staff was very aloof. The bartenders don't really check your drinks, you need to call them over for every refill. The waitress seemed indifferent. No spa and pool. There was no chocolate on the room service menu. Also, the bottom of the tub was unstable, as if a tub insert was placed improperly. It was very clean, though. The cost of the valet parking. $43 a day seemed a little high...but the convenience was well worth it. We have no complaints! Everything was great!. Aside from the mandatory valet parking, street parking not good and the construction did not make travel any better. Bathroom: toilet and bathtub/ shower together in the same room felt a little claustrophobic. It was nothing not to like. Flawless unless you think you perfect. Oh yeah they didn't tell me about the mandatory valet parking but when I came out the morning my car was there. loved it. will be back soon. When we are leaving the hotel the lady in the front desk doesnt want to give me my account. No paper no anything. She just said that the cherhe were prepay and she couldnt give my the account . I called my bank and i spent US$400.00 mare than a thouft and i cant check. the unexpected visit of the maid when we were in the room... Space, Lobby. Bathroom. no private parking. The sound of the AC was almost unbearable, but when we lowered the AC then the room felt very muggy and as a result we did not get the best night sleep.
