Some of the staff-Desk front officer were really wonderful and real good but CARRINE and FASHON were too unique especially Fashon, she so is lovely, friendly, polite, humble and never got angry for even once. She should be given Excellence and too outstanding for the next promotion. Please promote her She is good. I really liked the welcome call. It was a relief to have someone check to see if everything was okay within an hour of checking in. It was comforting to know that any problems would have been addressed right away. The staff, with one exception at the Front Desk, was extremely professional and friendly.

The early morning shuttle driver was very helpful and very knowledgable.The bell boy was wonderful, he went out of his way to help us find our way around, providing us with maps, and information regarding bus routes. Overall a great experience. The location is very good! Good walking area! Easy to take a bus to Downtown D.C. Very good restaurants in the area. Breakfast in the hotell was very good and the people in the breakfast room was very nice and friendly!!! And the consierge also very nice and helpful!!. It was excellent, staff was friendly, shuttle took me back and forth to a few place Hotel was clean and very relaxing. Very nice hotel indeed! Perfect location in Georgetown from where you can reach most of the places. The room we took was the cheapest and yet it was a large and comfortable room. My room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The staff members were so polite and friendly. Saima and Bryant were on duty when I checked in and they were super helpful!. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Safe area walking distance from centre of Georgetown and on easy bus route to Washington Staff were friendly and helpful. I did not like a situation where break fast is not free .unlike other Hotel breakfast is free. The price for the parking place. The only thing I did not like was the fact of my room was very close to Wiscosin Avenue and during the night we could hear most of the noisy coming from outside. But I belive that the rooms located on the other side must be very silent and calm. I didn't like paying to park at the hotel; I feel that parking should be included with the room. Minor grumble it was at the top of the hill which was a long walk back to centre of Georgetown. Room next to ice machine was noisy. Nothing, it was all positive. Only had tea bags provided on the first day! Powdered milk.... Swimming pool could do with perking up a bit... Feels a bit intimidating inside all those walls. The advertised shuttle service is too small for getting downtown. Perhaps clear signposting to where you can catch buses and the cost etc. they are really easy to use and a good alternative if you can't squeeze onto the courtesy ride. Wish it was a little closer to downtown DC, but the shuttle made it accessible. No breakfast included in price - already quite high. No indoor pool.and $30 a day parking fee plus the need to not permit check in until 4:00 pm. nothing. Didn't like that after calling to request, twice, that I get a handicap room, they had to scramble to find me one during check-in (guess they don't want to believe you over the phone) and the bed was not a king and not even a queen IMHO. I had reserved a king. I was to exhausted and hungry to ask for a different room so I made due. The tv remote did not work properly. I think it needed a new battery. Expand the front hallway. In our room, a vent in the shower was literally filthy, dirt falling out of it. The rest of the rom was clean. few staff in the morning ,they need more training to be the best customer service for holiday inn, the rest staff great especially lady I think her name was salima ,I hope is right name she was an angle.in evening shift. The fan coil unit in my room was very noisy and wasn't heating very effectively. Would have been nice to have breakfast - or a breakfast cafe close to the hotel. The AC was old... the chairs, need to be renewed. Tour sold at the hotel with Zohery. Very bad experience. For what I know hands free while driving is a law. The van driver from Zohery almost hit the van on a telephone pole while driving because he took his eyes from road to pick up his cell phone. A tragedy could had happened. A couple of the front desk staff are curt and plastic. No refrigerator in the rooms. Some tv channel/station on the tv were not showing, hbo, cnn (hd).. Rooms need a make up, look a bit dull and dreary. Front Desk has no clue about the free shuttle service, so you get stranded. Also, no one was available to check me out at 5:30 AM until I finally started asking for someone in a loud voice. The clerk who responded seemed to have just woke up. Very slow service at breakfast, plumbing needs serious attention. Whole place in need of a revamp'. The hotel was noisy and a bit worn, the first room we had the shower was leaking, so we had to change rooms, the second room the hand basin was cracked and the tap in the shower was leaking. Clean but a little shabby . They wanted to charge $ 30 a day for parking. This is more than any other hotel in Washington (including downtown) it is a open lot - others that charge have a garage and valet. Parking was grossly overpriced. Rates were very high because of the Inauguratio. Te room smelled of sweat and mildew. A $30 fee to park your car in their parking lot...Not good. Horrible customer service. Staff was rude and refused to call cab for you or accommodate late check out. Horrible costumer service. Their organization is terrible. Hotel let my family and I stranded on downtown doc when we were to receive a curtesy shuttle. Never showed up and when they supposib did, they were at another location. We must pay parking every night and I believe that is ridiculous when there isn't sufficient parking on the hotel area. It was to far for anything interesting or a subway station. They sharge me 50 dollars for use in room games wisch I didnot used after discussion simply said sorrry we will take it off. Rude staff. Rude front desk. Rude staff. Unprofessional and complete lack of courtesy. Broken iron. Late replacement iron. Broken outlets. More broken outlets. Broken TV remote. Lack of luggage assistance. Rude staff. Cheap mattresses.
