It was clean. The owners were friendly. The maid service cleaned and freshened up the room daily. It was quiet the weekend I stayed there, even though I hear that's not always the case. There's no staff there overnight. Your right next to everything. Short walking distance to the beach. I like the cleanliness of the room. All the comfort made us feel like home. The location was perfect. The hotel is within walking distance to everything we needed.

Proximity to the beach and restaurants made walking to everything very easy. Quaint and clean hotel that will strike you with nostalgia. I loved the hotel in general. The rooms were much more than expected. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. We love it coz it's close to the boardwalk. The room was great for the price. location, comfortable beds. The rooms were very clean. Clean, bathroom had been recently renovated and was very nice, cheerful color. -Close to beach. We liked that the room had a kitchenette and separate living room area. Location and style of hotel i.e. suite style. Location. The ice machine was broken. They do not allow you to have visitors. I had to pay $22.00 for my friend to come visit me for a few hours while I was staying there. There was a little bit of mold in the bedroom between the wall and carpet. The TV in the living room area was old and outdated. No TV in the bedroom. There's no staff there overnight. There were only a couple of minor downsides. There wasn't a hot tub and they didn't offer any kind of breakfast. Only 2 complaints the parking was far and there was no hair dryer but other than that it was great. We didn't like coz there no microwave. There wasn't much parking. no continental breakfast. When we checked in the room had no power and we had to wait to get that figured out (breaker). The worst part was the ac. Although we reported that the room was hot, the manager came in and said it was blowing air, but the air was not cool. Temperature in the room stayed at 75 to 77 when thermostat was set on 68. -No elevator -Bad parking -No early check in -No ac in room. I'm not expecting small room. Hard for parking. We didn't like that the carpets were filthy and furniture and cabinets were out of date. The staff was also unprofessional. We were not able to get a refund once we saw our room. The only people you can check out with are the owners and they leave at 7 P.M. I wouldn't recommend this place to any young people. You are not allowed to have any visitors. Stated full kitchen but only had stove top and microwave. No way to make toast or use an oven. Broken Shower, extra charges upon arrival. No television in bedroom and closet tucked out of the way in a storage room.
