We were very p;leased with the hotel. We asked for extra pillows, and when we got to the hotel, they were already in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. Melissa that was at the front desk even helped with direction for our return home. We would stay there again! Thanks for a nice place to stay. :). was in my budget stuff was great room was good. Cheaper, good pool.
all reviews » It's the type of place you'd take a lady of the night to for an affordable rate. Very nice staff, location was good and close to everything we needed it to. Price. The staff for the most part was friendly and accommodating. Staff was friendly. Location and price. Location. Leaving. The place was horrible no pool but said there was no game room but said there was staff was rude not snuff breakfast for everyone if I was booking . Com I would no promote this place never stay again. The rooms were OK and it was a smoking room. Nothing. pool was not clean kids was not able to get in and far from cedar point. Breakfast bar. Bed was rock hard floor had mystery stains I feared using a black light. Sandusky in general smells like garbage and skunks. Parking was bad... Need assigned parking spots. We where here during bike week and some bikers took up many spots. If 4 people in room they would take up several spots. We needed a handicap parking close to our door but had to park across and close to office to get handicap parking. the smell of smoke in the room. The advertisement for continental breakfast was miss leading. Very little available and nothing for the health conscience person. Disappointing. When we asked if we could check in early the staff member was a little on the rude side. The toilet took 4 flushes just to get toilet cleared of toilet paper. The sink did not drain properly and had bugs in the drains that came back up. We found a roach in our room!. Room was damp, beds uncomfortable, ceiling leak in bathroom, breakfast was empty of food and coffee 20 minutes before closing, nothing to eat and empty coffee. For the price the room was very out dated, continental breakfast was a joke. Mold in the tub,musty odor. Dirty linens. Wet carpets and furniture. Cob webs. The desk clerk gave me a bottle of febreze when I complained. My bill was lowered by $20 but I feel that was not enough. I will never come back and I will tell others. the TV didn't work and we had to park to far away from room for comfort. Won't stay there again. Old and not been replacing items break. Tv broke-phone broke. Had to move to another room. Beds very bad - I liked nothing.
