it was awsome the the guy at the front desk in the morning remembered my name when i went down for coffee. I cant imagine how many people he sees come and go on a daily basis. and to remember names. that is very imprsive.

Shawn was very very nice and friendly he went out of his way to make use comfortable and he was very helpful with information to cedar point.
Our room was clean, quiet, and everything worked just fine (with the exception of the Wifi connection). It was fairly close to Cedar Point.

I did not like the fact that they did not have a fitted sheet on the bed and there where no clean towels and I really think I price was cheaper at the hotel than through letsbookhotel.com.
Very pricey for an average hotel with a very average breakfast. The Wifi connection was difficult/impossible to access. Lots of families with lots of kids...long wait for the included breakfast. Probably will find somewhere else to stay next time we want to visit Cedar Point.
Did not have pay per view movies. Air conditioner kept making a weird noise. When it turned on/off. For a room for 4 people only 3 large towels.
Floor wasn't very clean in the room.
there was 4 of us..1 adult, (2)-13 yrs olds and (1)- 16 year old and there were 2 washcloths and 3 towels?? and no klleenex.

Unable to open door to room with key - had to call front desk - then had to open door by asking the family member in the room to open the door. Door was never fixed during our short stay.
