The hotel was easily accessible from the main road and was close to many shops. The location is convenient (short distance to MUNI), the price is reasonable for a San Francisco hotel.Location for price. good location,. It was a very poor experience. However, the room appeared clean and that is a basic need. Hotel should include the $10 parking fee along with the room fee, so that you don't run into additional fees when you get there.all reviews »
Very noisy. I may have gotten unlucky, but other hotel guests were keeping me out of sleep for at least one night. The friendly hotel staff gave me a discount for that, but anyway. The WIFI internet connection was very flaky. The first night I had no connection at all. After moving into a different room the next day it was OK. Plastic sheets on mattress. Bedbugs as shown to reception staff.Appalling condition of decoration, bathroom and room curtains. Thedifference of price for the airport shuttle from different staff, itshows an element of blatant overcharging from some.no proper breakfast - cost included in room but better value at the diner down the street. Would have preferred not to have had breakfast included. I was charged for phone calls that I did not do!!! I could not complain because the manager was not there and I had to leave.
