Very well located and closer from main city transportation options. Room are confortable.

Internet access charge (USD15/day) is expensive and ridiculous. Breakfast is very poor to a Renaissance hotel.

Its walking distance to Union square and Chinatown. Tram passes right in front. Very nice rooms and very friendly staff.

For both business and family. Great location, in the city but not with all the noise. Close to the piers and Chinatown. Really enjoyed it!

It's on top of Nob Hill, if you plan on walking a lot just know that you'll be walking up Nob Hill back to the hotel no matter which way you walk. Tiring after a while!

The decor & the fact that this hotel is vintage.

The fact that my request to reverse charges on my credit card are still pending though i settled dues in cash on 07May.

The location is perfect. Good advices from the staff what to do, help with ticket reservations.

We booked through letsbookhotel.com a room for three adults, two queen beds. We got a small room first night with a extra bed for children. We got the booked room the day after. This hotel prefer customers that have booked the hotel directly. We have traveled for a month, this was the first time this happened. We had a car - the parking was expensive.

Staff. More interested in defending policies than ensuring their customer came back. Very poor customer service. The maintenance man was the best representation of their hotel. Disliked manager and desk staff

At the check-in we have a lot of problems with our rerservations. I very rude man said that we are customers of letsbookhotel.com so only after a long discuss with him he found the room that we booked. I don't know how it's possible leave some people on a reception desk. Never again in this hotel for me and all the friends that will ask to me a good hotel in San Francisco.

I was bitten with bedbugs, complained, they moved us to another room. I will never stay there again. Terrible experience.
