Location was perfect to explore the city. Also the members of the staff were really friendly and offered a great service. They recommended us nice spots to go out to eat and made a great effort of getting us two rooms when we showed up a day earlier then expected. Free afternoon drinks in lobby on wednesdays because of trouble you might experience from renovating activities.

There are renovating the hotel and because of that breakfast had to be taken back to the room to eat. Cleaning members who wanted to clean the room at 8 in the morning while I was still sleeping. Normally they don't come before breakfast time is over. Now they showed up even twice while I was still in bed.

room rather cramped. limited storage facilities for clothes and belongings.

The staff was very friendly. Location was great. 3 minutes away from tram station and 10 minutes walk to Union Square.

The walls are definitely thin. Can hear the people next door having their bath. Especially noisy when they're bathing middle of the night.

room was front of the hotel, it was so noisy. no breakfast room.

Very close to the center.

The first room had a terrible water noise. However, they changed the room immediately.
