Rehoboth - qauint, friendly, great combination of stores and restaurants and relaxing. Loved the restaurants that made you feel like you were in Key West. Atlantis Inn - exterior very clean, friendly, great location, budget friendly and the white sheets and comforter very inviting. The desk staff were absolutely the nicest and friendliest to my husband & I. It was so very convenient to walk to everything. It was generously a surprise to have the convienence to leave our car until 1pm to still walk around and still have lunch in their free parking lot.

I have been coming to Rehoboth for many, many years and have stayed at many locations and for the price your place was the best. Staff was excellent, especially with my two pre-teen girls! Very accommodating and friendly. And the location could not have been better - right on Rehoboth Ave, with parking in a very convenient location. Hotel was very clean and up-to-date with amenities and appearance. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was also very close to the beach and boardwalk. We loved the rooftop pool. The ability to be in town and walk to restaurants, the beach, and shopping. Also the friendly staff and well kept accomadations with a great view on terrace pool area. Plus ample free parking on site. Everyone was very nice, from the hotel staff - to the other guests. The room was very clean and very comfortable. It was a very nice experience and I think we will go back there next year. Location was great close to beach and shops. Room was basic, with microwave and fridge. We did have free wifi in the room . The parking, which is tight in Reho, was complimentary with the room. Rehobeth - streets and side walks should be cleaner. Alantis Inn - interior could have been a bit cleaner - walls, carpet edges and corners. Nothing..our remote didn't work,we exchanged batteries but that wasn't the cure..didn't matter though,only before my husband fell asleep.. Coffee was in the lobby and not available to make in the room. Complimentary breakfast in the lobby would have been nice!. There were 2 minor things - the microwave did not work that well and the recycling? trucks in the morning were very loud. Nothing. There were some loud vacationers in the rooms below us that woke us up. When I called the front desk the staff was quick to handle the situation right away. The beds weren't comfortable. The Inn is nothing special except it's location. It was noisy Monday morning early between 5 and 6 a.m. due to garbage pick up, street cleaning? We were in Room 209 near Wilmington Ave, probably why we heard the noise. We do realize the hotel has no control over this. You were near everything which was convenient but the the noise level was a little high. Did not stop me from a good nights rest. The bathroom tub could use a little drano. Other then that it was perfect. Small fee for internet service on day of check-out~although advertised as free. Hard to see entrance from the street No fan in the bathroom. It would have been better if the room had queen sized beds and could sleep four instead of getting 2 separate rooms. It was very expensive because we had to get two rooms. Price too high. Parking. The lot was full on Saturday and we had to park on the street. The bathroom was tiny. No Complaints. The pool is small but great rooftop lounge chair area. the air conditioning unit blew directly on one of the beds, someway to direct the airflow up and away from sleepers/those at the table would be nice. Little on the pricey side especially considering it's the off season and there was no breakfast. No complaints. a tad outdated. Needs a bit updating, new carpet. They were supposed to apply a credit to my credit card because we made payment with a different card than what was used to book the reservation. It has been 5 days and the credit has not yet appeared on my account. The wifi wouldn't work on the 3rd floor, which was one of the reasons for staying there since I am actively an online student and had to go complete assignments during my stay. Also, the bathroom area is extremely too small. It didnt allow for any privacy. densely populated area traffic in the car and on foot. Not very clean due to the moquette. No free wi-fi in rooms. Drunks at all hours of the night. Beds not comfortable. Hotel staff below most standards your a room number not a guest. Will not stay there again. It is very "basic". There is no lounge, restaurant or much of a lobby. Staff gave wrong info about room. Toilet/shower area very small and had no exhaust fan. You could hear conversation and bathroom noise from adjoining rooms. Housekeeping services were poor. Asked for floor to be cleaned due to a broken glass and it was not done. We had to sweep and mop ourselves to make it safe and clean. Beds/mattresses - need to be replaced. The bathroom. Closet door didn't work. no breakfast. The best description of this hotel is 'adequate'. It is not a great hotel, neither is it a dump. There is no hotel restaurant. I did not use the pool. (Who uses hotel pools?) It is somewhat noisy, too. The furnishings are only fair. It is about what you would expect from a 'beach' hotel. I booked at the last minute, and the price I paid was extravagant for the room. The maids missed a soggy towel left in the shower. Bleah!.
