Had a nice ocean front room with a Terrace, bed was very comfortable and staff attentive. Perfect location on the beach and close walking distance to town and shops and restaurants. the location was excellent to shopping and downtown Rehoboth. Parking was ample and I could sit on the bed and look at the ocean...what could be better than that?. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. We had a problem and they took care of it without a problem.

I liked the view of the beach. Room on small side (which I understand is somewhat the norm for Rehoboth Beach. Would have been nice if the hotel offered breakfast or at least fresh coffee in morning. There was a single serve coffee machine in room. a bit narrow at the foot of the beds for passing. Bathrooms were also a bit tight. Calling the front desk for wash clothes and initially beien put in a room workmen were refurbishing and would not be done during our stay. The restaurant/lounge was not open yet; would have been nice to grab a bite at hotel. If there was an indoor pool and a sports bar, it would've been ideal. I wish they would have helped me log in to the free WiFi when we registered and would have pointed out that the password was on slip of paper that I unknowingly threw away!. the only problem we had was there were ants in bathroom and 1 in bed but is understandable with weather and beach. its okay but it needs renovation. the bath room did not have safety bars. we are in our 70's not frail but there is nothing to offer any support. the towel rack is over the toilet for some reason, the towels can slide into water. many areas show wear and the carpets were soiled. Needs some renovations ie carpeting is worn needs painting and new lighting.sheets and blankets need to be replaced.could use a keurig coffee pot in the room. having to change rooms due to toilet backup/problems. Nothing to report. restaurant not open during the week and no gym/excersie room. Nothing. We did not get coffee in our room the second or the third day of our stay. Room was very small. Shower did not work properly. Charged me for the safe in the room, but did not use it. Price. mattress was too soft... rooms smelled musty..carpeting doesn't seem very clean. The run down appearance. Rooms are outdated and the furniture in the roomis too big making it cluttered. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Bathroom floors were black grout, when they should be white. Dead bug on bed. Ants on bedside table. Restaurant closed, coffee shop closed. Only amenity that was nice was the TV. No pool available - covered over. The beds were old and sagged in the middle. I requested an ocean view.....my view was of the building across the street. If I went on the balcony and looked around the corner I had an ocean view..... The only thing the hotel offered was an ocean front room. There were no amenities. You could not even get a cup of coffee. Very disappointing,. The room is overpriced. we booked reservations in ocean city, md., in october 2013. That room is 1/2 the price and we have a room overlooking the inlet; there were ants in the bathroom which we reported; the carpets are worn; there is no pay per view movies available; no continental breakfast; no coffee bar. it was dirty and laid out poorly, could not get satisfaction from front desk.
