Location. Cooking facilities

This location cannot be considered a hotel. It's simply a short term appartment rental. No change of towels and no daily cleaning. This is ok but it should be clearly indicated when booking to avoid confussion. Elite Stays doesn't have a full time representative on the premises which is not handy in case of urgent needs. They are not able to hold luggage in case of late evening flights

False advertisement (two bedroom with no balcony or hope of one, lucky the doorman was good because Elite from letsbookhotel.com was not well liked or represented by them, heating issues, TV's hard to adapt to (also small), easy to break into (didn't happen but could). Furniture was pretty cheap, one end table for bedroom, miniature toilet.

Perfect location with excellent conditions. The appartment was clean and included all necessary facilities. Great view on the street and Times Square.

Location was excellent. The apartment had new furnitures, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a nice view from the 18th floor. I will defenitely recommend the place. We also had good service from management when the apartment was to varm, and they stored our luggage after check out.

It is not a hotel, more of an apartment for rent, and that should be noticed in the description, before you book.

1. Central and convenient location. 2. Full facilities. 3. Wi-fi access (most of the time) -see below. 4. Superb and extensive laundry facilities used by tenants of the apartment block. Very reasonable charges.

Stayed in Apartment #724. 1. Bathroom dated but functional. 2. Guest information book not up to date with contact information. 3. Loss of wi-fi after 4th night, unable to contact agents. Invited to leave voice-mail but mail box full for 2 numbers. Inconvenienced by need to visit office of rental agents who sorted this very promptly with financial compensation awarded. 4. Message left doorman not passed on - be aware they are not employees of the rental agents.

Great Location

Very Noisy and the rooms need double glazing. No curtains just vertical blinds which let a lot of light in. No kettle so the only way to boil water for tea was in a saucepan.

I was charged twice (same value in different dates) on credit card by the hotel, paid in advance. Frustrating.

Had 2 bed apartment, with an excellent location, just round the corner from Times Square etc!! Good sized apartment.

Door man was extremely rude when attempting to check in!! We were told to "WAIT THERE" and then given the fastest instructions on how to reach our apartment, with the result I had to go back and ask again and he was none too amused. Furnishings/carpets in need of upgrading.
