From the first minute you reach the hotel you can feel that you are at your home all the staff were very very friendly,the hotel is very clean,the service is outstanding,many thanks to letsbookhotel.com for dealing with a hotel like holiday inn. Very well maintained. Polite staff, good gourmet, city center. Excellent view from the 11th floor, lagoon side. Good shopping destinations nearby.

But reference to my knowledge Holiday Inn sound as a high quality standard Hotel. Honestly everywhere Holiday Inn looks like 3 stars hotel. The staff were really friendly, Thanks to the mangaer at night shift (around 8 pm) who upgraded my room. Location was good and staff was friendly. the location rooms. The young lady who was very polite and friendly. lagoon view. Nothing , every thing was bad . Lobby was on the 3rd floor !? Entry from the ground and parking basement. The road in front can be crowded during rush hour. More attention to cleanliness of the hotel and particularly to the towels. I had some difficulty locating the hotel. It is said to be in King Faisal Street, and indeed it is visible from the flyover crossing the Ittihad Road into King Faisal, but is accessed from the parallel road, so I took some time finding the hotel. It is expensive comparing to the quality of rooms. The location is not that good as it is surronded by small shops & narrow roads. furtniture needs sun, they smell now. There is only two lefts and one was under maintenance so there is problem. This hotel was good before ,but now is not management not encouraging visitor to come again also I recieved very bad room for my last month visit which was Air condition problem it Soud very badly and when I call for help I got very late which make me to decide not to come again . In the morning, one of the staff knocked the door, becasuse we delay in saying who is there he tried to open the door. The restaurant. Room standard looks like local furnished apartment. Towels are very old. No slippers inside the room. The hotel is far away from anywhere. The furnature is too old for the money spending. the room was a smoker room with very bad smell. There were on air freshener. The wooden floor is lose and noisy. The parking was a nightmare very tide entrance. - The recpotion asked me for a deposit , they debit my account with DHS.300/- and they said it will be credit to my account after 3 weeks ! - I requst 2 single beds they put me in a room with one bed. - I request late check out but they give me upto 14.00 only. Not clean service was bad. They don't provide a free Internet,. 1-The main entrance from street does not look nice, it is not 5 star hotel entrance. 2- There was a leakage in the bath room which made the bath room floor wet all night. 3-I found a small cockroach in the bath room and I had to kill it. 4- I ordered a steak for dinner and the meet was not good at all. Frankly I dont know how this hotel got a rating of 5 star hotel. surprise increase in room rate poor breakfast buffet restaurant design and ambiance (actually not restaurant lobby swimming pool poor facilities signboards elevators etc. hotel plan. Internet service very poor and always cutting. Hidden charges regarding breakfast when I request breakfast to my room which I thought it is free since my booking was with breakfast included then they told me when I was about to checkout that the free breakfast is only at the resturant in the 3rd floor not for room service?!!! And do you know what a friend of mine already take his breakfast at resturant free of charge while his booking wasnt include the breakfast so it is kind of cheating here. Service , smell bad , towels dirty , no water to drink in the room . room & corridors smells really bad.
