This is a brand new hotel in Al Barsha, very clean, very comfortable apartments, bright and refreshing with green tones and high quality furniture, staff is very friendly and humble, and was responsive to all our needs and queries. Very good location, very close to the Emirates and at the same time far from the congestion of the other Emirates Mall hotels. This is probably the best hotel apartments in Al Barsha comparing to the other hotel apartments we stayed where there is worn- out and not fr.
all reviews » Fantastic hotel with fully equipped appartments ,modern furnitures and very clean , helpful and kind staff, free shuttle buses for emarit mall and Jumaira beach , very good breakfast . In general it's one of the best from the same class. This is a very well run facility. The staff do a very good job and the location, if slightly out of town, is very good especially considering the available shuttle bus. No real complaints. Location was marvelous. It's located in the heart of Barsha staff are friendly honest and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel for others and I will go for it again. clean and nice service , staff are great helpful , smiling, etcc... under ground parking, easy access , many shops around. The serenity of the hotel. The staff are good in discharging their responsibilities. The wifi Internet is superb. Excellent clean and spacious rooms with friendly, accessible and helpful service staff. Good for money. Internet free and ok. Its simple clean hotel. The location is perfect with nearby Emirates Mall. I liked their location and facilites and cleaness. As you are staying at home. It was ok overall. Nothing, we liked everything. The price is little high, but I think it is worth it. The location little far from the mall but shuttle buses available until 8 or 9 pm. the meals prices in the hotel resturant are expensive. A really small nit is on the selection of channels on the TV although I see that they have tried to cover quite a few countries. the AC in the bedroom was not effective as fast as it must be , the one in the TV room was fine. the Windows are open little widely it's not safe for children , you need to watch them a lot. The menu should be improved. The kitchen could have more utensils and cleaning equipment. The charges quote on your web site less than what I paid from my visa card. I prefer to include all taxes when booking for one night 2 bedroom apartment 1,184 UAE DHS. the price is too high and the staff at reception are not so freindly. The AC was not working properly.
