I liked that is very close to the emiratescall and the staff were very nice. In addition to the size of the room - was very big and comfy. -Staff (Okasha you are the best and the cleaning guys so great) -the design -brand new apartment hotel (very clean). It was near to the emirates mall, in the center, not far from airport, the location excellent !. Excellent apartment. Spacious, clean & tidy. Helpful staff. Close to Mall of Emirates.

Very big room.the tall réceptionnist from India was really good. I stayed in one room appartment which has a good capacity and nice decor. I liked the green apple color which used for decoration tv has a lot of chanels, free internet. it was an excellent chance to stay in this Hotel apartment , which is very close to Emairates Mall , and located near to alot of entertainment places. The staff were very helpful, and came to attend to queries quite quickly. We were allowed to check in quite early without any extra charge. The room we had was quite big and so was the bed. The bedding was also comfortable with enough towels. Its a brand new property and the apartments are very spacious. The staff was very helpful. very comfortables apartments with all necessary stuff. The room had lot of bugs and mosquitos, I suggest they at least can call a company to do this thing for them. A Lot of them were in the room and bathrooms. -The internet always cut off but that wasn't an issue for me -the Philippino girl at the reception should learn how to smile :). No shuttle bus, from airport to hotel or apposite from hotel to airport . Difficult to find and unknown to taxi drivers. It's a new building, so little wonder. Short on kitchen cutlery and cups etc. Only 1 deviation notified was that wet area (shower) was too small to have little discomfort while taking Shower.... Small parking in hotel,and also very very small left! And check in in first floor!. The location taxis are quite difficult to access. Location. Nothing. i made a special request that I would be arriving 2am but nothing was done about that. I had to go out by 2 am with my kids to look for another hotel to spend the night until 2pm when I came back check in. it wasn't a too pleasant experience especially with the kids and having done about 12 hours on the plane. Not very clean room. The pool is very small and no restaurant. The carpet was dirty and kitchen, the bathroom should ne cleaner. Room and bathroom were not very clean. Room service employees shall take more care for the cleanliness. The small carpets in the appartment need to be washed and clean frequently Bath amenities shall be provided once finished, without customer request. Note: beside the hotel a new hotel that under construction, so you may hear some noise spically in morning. nothing. There were a lot of things that were broken, the hotel was quite new so looks like a snagging list was not done. no restaurant or food served by the hotel. The location is different from the one indicated in the map, it is just besides Grand Excelsior Hotel rather than shown just next to Mall of emirates. They should have more crockery in the Kitchen. The location is not the same as given on the map. its at least a kilometer away from the Mall of the Emirates and the only way you can get there in the summer heat is by car or Taxi. Very difficult to find. took us an hour with a GPS but couldnt find the place until several phone calls. it's hard to find it, taxi driver have found it almost 40 minutes. Shower position need change. They have to fix it somewhat low. The wifi is bad. the restaurant is not open yet. النظافة معدومة السبب ازحت الكنب في واحصل قطاف الدخان في الارض ورائحت الغرفة دخان. Staff is not professional, apartment was very dirty, they didn't even change the sheets, dust and garbage on the floor!. It was the worst hotel which u have ever stayed in my life, the apartment unclean and full of mosquitos and flays, water leak from roof of the bathroom, we asked for maintenance and they said the guy is not on duty for 2 days which is our stay days !!.
