Staff's are excellent and very kind to us. Location is good for shopping. Room size is more than enough (I used one bed room type), WiFi is available in room. I recommend this hotel strongly and I will come again in future. Apartments very spacey (we got a free upgrade from 1-bedroom to 2-bedroom), and furnishings are good. The walk to Mall of the Emirates is a bit longer, but they give free parking in the basement.

Location was good for shopping as it was near a major Hypermarket and a Mall. Night shift manager knocking on door at 400am in the morning, completely unacceptable - however the hotel manager she was very courteous in resolving/reprimanding this matter swiftly the next day and this made it easy to forgive and forget - will stay again. basic tea / coffee making ingrediants were missing. toilets cleaning. Dont have wi fi in Room. The corridors smell bad. In the website it was saying that the property can accommodate 4 adults. However it can barely accommodate 3 adults. cant think of any. no balcony. Bad smell during cleaning other rooms. Room servies. Location ( little bit far from the mall ), there were no enough towels in the bathrooms ( only 2). Beds were awful. There was a weird smell in the whole floor which was bad. Although cheap, we expected the rooms to be bigger. (1) There was no Internet / WIFI in rooms. (2) Getting a taxi was a bit of challenge from hotel location. it seems everything is ok. room was not like the pictures at all, too many flies in the room, tv is too small, couches were stiff, i did not have any tooth paste, slippers, not even water in the fridge!!!. I asked for twin beds but they gave me a double one. No hair dryer in the room. No TV in bedroom, but only in living room, which is a major handicap. Bathrooms could be better, and there was not enough towels. No complimentary water and coffee/tea like in similar hotel/appartments. Hair dryer missing - two lights not working. Dirty carpet. Difficult to get a cab but staff really tried to help. Didnt like the parking. If you are not wearing sliper or shows your feet will become black by the end of the day ,,, no proper floor cleaning. Expensive compared to the facilities offered and the quality of furniture. noisey hotel and careless stuffs and non-hlpful. Expensive, room was small. Some staff were good but security guard at door just was a hassle. Pictures were misleading as room was sub standard. Also the pool was really small. I didnt like that I paid alot of money to stay at this hotel just because its high season at dubai it wasn't organized not clean and the service is poor ... there is no house keeping I asked for ice 10 minutes later a supermarket guy showed up with a bill ( 3 Dhs) for small pack of ice. Not too much staff around. Previous experience at the Cassels Al Barsha was better. You can smell your neighbors cooking through the aircon vents Rooms are quite humid. Every time I come back to the room, there is a stickiness to the wooden furniture. Finally tile floor and not sure they are cleaned regularly: my wife walked bear foot in the room after a couple walks, her feet were brown.... Staff arrogance and attitude especially at the reception.
