Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.

The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Rooms were beautifully appointed with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

was a loud noise coming from the airconditioning system. After a
complaint they tried to solve the problem but they could not do anything
about it. The manager of the hotel made his apologies for the noise and
did not charge us for the room, offered us a free breakfast and late check-

Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.

rooms whenever prompted, the staff were courteous and always ready to
