its was so easy to check in and check out , the room is nice i didnt imagine its going to be that nice , and its massive location is so good was only few minutes from the cornishe and few minutes driving to marina mall staff was friendly and helpfull when i was strugeling to get into my bus station. staffs are helping nature and behaving nicely. nearby madinatzayed and gold souq. hotels ,hospital and shopping malls are nearby.nice location.

So the price is slightly up than others. I stayed in many other hotel as well , they have also good services. i just wana recommend the staff please try to provide little cleaning of washroom and keep some extra towel and wifi in room. The TV Channel not enough. Please increase the channel for the future. The rest is all in good & nice. Many electrical sockets are non functional. Not many English channels on TV. (1)TV Channel need to upgrade (2) Menu of Food need to re-upgrade to various of menu especially for breakfast & lunch. Never. Empty Mini Bar Limited TV channels Towels. Nothing. Everything was excellent. the toilet is to close to the sink, and there are never any face towels in the bathroom. Facilities broken. Internet in room no wifi. the coffee/tea cups are disgusting, it turned out that those sliced or cuts in the plastic cup are traced of cigarette's tray for ash, it has cigarette smell in it, it gives negative effect to the hotel. Dont like about the internet connection services, try to improve this. the rooms smelled dirty. carpets and curtains need to be shampooed. Metered parking outside hotel front. Front desk not knowledgeable or very helpful on arranging car rental. Smoking in the lobby cafe area. No wireless internet in room (but did have wired connection). Wi Fi not available. The fridge was not working @ no internet cable @ no heater to make tea I mean the room was not ready fro the guest although I called the reception but the did not change the fridge. They take long time for checking out. Expensive hotel, no 3 star hotel..smelley bathroom..no breakfast. Bad wifi in public rooms...no wifi in room. parking is narrow cars not regulary parked and difficult to get out. Breakfast. the cleaning of room not satisfy ,the reception people dealing with customers not good. No internet in room apart from ethernet connection which didn't work - spook to staff about it on more than one occasion but issue was not resolved. Parking is available but there is no space for more than 30 cars. If you are lucky you can get space... If not, you have to pay ticket to let the car outside. Small rooms small bathroom الغرف ضيقة والحمام صغير. smelly room. Very dirty floors+one towel only in bathroom. Bath area not comfortable.
