We stayed only one night, so were not able to get the full sense of a longer visit. However, our brief overnight was lovely and the staff were congenial and most helpful. Hotel is in the Middle of the business area with quick and very easy access to restaurants and shopping facilites. I loved the hotel! Very clean, great staff, great food, close to everything, very helpful staff!.

Relax.staff. We found that the sound from the adjoining room came through too loudly. There does not seem to be adequate sound-proofing between the doors.Internet access was not convenient and over-priced. Wireless is available but you need to purchase special cards from a retail shop. In room facility is via cable and therefore, you must stay in the room to do your work and cost is above what has now become a standard feature with rooms at other hotels. Honestly there was nothing I did not like. I will stay in the Novotel again with out question.Everything was perfect. The parking availability is scarce. Price of wireless internet, it should be free. The receptionists need more training for they took time for processing what is needed. Also when I was checking out only one was at the reception and it was 7:30 in the morning and I had to wait for quarter of an hour to finish checking out. This process took me 2 minutes last month at Intercontinental Hotel - Athens. In the main bar it is too dark to read. lack of good access for cars. parking is very hard in the hotel area, the bed is small for 2 person. The food was delicious.Slight smell of smoke in my room when I arrived. some room needs little maintenance on the bathroom.. but it is good anyway.I thought eh rooms were very cramped. Still using keys !! No one is there to help you carry your baggage !! No parkings. the lack of a reserved parking but in Abu Dhabi is not so difficult to find one as in Dubai where I live. toiletries and amenities are inferior. In rooms with double beds, some of them has a bed smaller thanthe other. breakfast costs too much as a blanket charge. i only eat fruit and yoghurt in the morning so paying 70aed is too much for this.The choices of food and deserts on the room service menu were a little limited including items available from the mini bar. If I were to be picky I would say that the bed pillows were a little small. On New Year Eve, entry to the bar was restricted by money!!!. yes, the security guard want to check everything about my guest. Also they booked from my cridet card some money as insurance which not mentioned in the website. the coffee shop.No car parking facilities. Paying so much for Internet service in my room. "Pay by the minute" ended up meaning "Pay for the day". This was a rip-off and I wouldn't recommend the hotel for business travelers.Need parking reserved for guests.
