What people say

It was a good apartment but some of the plumbing services are not working. The drainage is poor from the tap basin. The hotel took my passport for safe keeping but forgot to give it back when I checked-out. When I rang them to please send it to me to Dubai, they said there's no way they will do it. It is their responsibility to give it back to me when I check out cause they are the one who asked for it & keep it. They told me to go back to Abu Dhabi & get it myself which is a lot of bullshit. Thumbs down to their services.
