hosts Pina & Craig very friendly/welcoming, clean, comfortable,rooms very reasonably priced. breakfast is superb all facilities great, bar prices very reasonable,lovely place to stay and nothing was too much for our hosts if you ask they do what they can to help. will stay again and recommend to anyone single,couple or family. We only stopped for 1 day and was a good price, we felt that they had know us for years very. The rooms was well stocked and beds comfortable for us, we didn't use the lounge area but it was large enough for you to feel at home. The breakfast was good and plenty of it. will be going back again.

The quality of the food could be better. There's so much local produce available in Lincolnshire so it was a shame to be served bulk-bought sausages at breakfast. It was perfectly edible though and I wouldn't object to staying/eating there again. Noise from other rooms, especially plumbing, very noticeable. noisy neighbours. Nothing. Nowhere to stand to lather up as the shower head was directly over you and washed shower gel away unless you switched it off, lathered up, then rinsed, which was a bit of a pain. bed was hard. Could have done with a fan in the room as it became very stuffy. nothing. Small room. Shower cubicle tiny, difficult to adjust temperature of water. Nothing. Shower to small and dark. no comlaints. nothing to dislike. nothing. small bed for a large person. Bed was awful. Looked like boxspring but was a simple wooden "scaffold" with a rubber? matrass. Ensuite was like being shoved in a linencupboard. The noisy neighbours on other side of the drive but right outside our window.
