hosts Pina & Craig very friendly/welcoming, clean, comfortable,rooms very reasonably priced. breakfast is superb all facilities great, bar prices very reasonable,lovely place to stay and nothing was too much for our hosts if you ask they do what they can to help. will stay again and recommend to anyone single,couple or family.
We only stopped for 1 day and was a good price, we felt that they had know us for years very. The rooms was well stocked and beds comfortable for us, we didn't use the lounge area but it was large enough for you to feel at home. A very warm welcome, always at hand to answer any questions and recommended lovely places to eat. Room lovely and clean, very comfortable for a night or so. Would definitely visit again. Will recommend to my family and friends. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of it too.

we had a wonderful easter weekend 4 day break at karema, room spotlessly clean, nice tv and fabulous traditional english breakfast to set you up for the day ahead , nice little bar for a drink in the evening .
Very clean and comfortable. Quiet location but near to all attractions. Friendly and efficient service. Excellent breakfast.Toilet/shower room a bit on the small size but more than adequate for our needs.
We liked everything about the Karema ,Very welcoming hosts ,Breakfast was excellent and Pina was very obliging making what we requested .Bed was comfy too ,Would book Karema again if visiting Skegness.

Television in room at an awkward angle for two people to see,unless both sat on same bed (twin room).People in next room,letting door slam,when going in/out. Could have done with a little more tea/coffee/milk supplied.
Our family room was on the top floor. 2 flights of stairs with a baby isn't easy. It would have helped if we were on the first floor.
The quality of the food could be better. There's so much local produce available in Lincolnshire so it was a shame to be served bulk-bought sausages at breakfast. It was perfectly edible though and I wouldn't object to staying/eating there again.

Shower room far too small. Nowhere to stand to lather up as the shower
head was directly over you and washed shower gel away unless you
switched it off, lathered up, then rinsed, which was a bit of a pain.

Bed was awful. Looked like boxspring but was a simple wooden "scaffold" with a rubber? matrass. Ensuite was like being shoved in a linencupboard.
