Room was basic but everything you needed for a few nights away. Great location only 5 mins walk to the pier and beach. Very friendly staff. Bed nice and comfy, room very clean and had plenty of storage space and table top room for my little girl to colour and play on. Our room only had a toilet and sink. Will stop again when we stay in Skegness for a short break.

Rooms were really cosy and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. The nautical decor was wonderful.
very friendly homely place to stay. exactly what I expected from a seaside bed and breakfast. room warm and comfortable. very friendly owners.
Good value for money, friendly service, clean rooms and close to everything. Deffinately be back for another visit :).
Very friendly on arrival, also gave us lots of useful local information. Had a nice relaxing and pleasant stay.
Good location only a small walk to sea front and town centre. Clean and reasonably comfortable rooms.
It was a nice and we was only there one night and it was lovely and we will be going back soon I hope.
The bed was very comfortable and bedding was clean overall a clean environment to stay.
Location was excellent for beach and town.

Friendly staff and lovely breakfast.
Value for money ,excellent breakfast.
very clean and friendly.
every thing.
A great family-friendly atmosphere. We had two young children and did not feel at all under pressure. It was clean and cosy.
Close to sea front and town centre. Polite, friendly and helpful staff.
the room was affordable for a cheap weekend away for the whole family.
room clean and brtght.
Location.
Quiet location close to the center of skegness! Plenty of storage for clothes. Owners seemed pleasant people. Just a shame about the breakfast wake up call that turned out we didnt have any....smelt nice tho!.
Nothing really, stay was a bad experience.
Very clean very well located.
Location was good.

The location.
Only downside is the room had no shower but a shower room in the landing. But very nice and clean.
Stairs were squeaky, making it difficult to be quiet when coming in late.
family room a little small for a cot.
There was nothing me and my wife didn't like.
Dislike anything.
the only down side was you had to pay extra for tea bags,suger.. and extra for breakfast.
breakfast option slightly too expensive.
No en-suite.
if anything the room was on the small side but still adequate.
nothing.
Not getting a complementary breakfast.
There was nowhere to park, we ended up down the round and round the corner in the magistrates court car park. There was no toiletries supplied in the bathroom, which I expected when paying £100 for the room.
The room needed to be refreshed, it's was old and tired and the window didn't close properly.
£10 deposit for the tv remote was very unusual.
£1.50 cc charge when I had already paid half to letsbookhotel.com.
only 3 car spaces would not have booked if the ad was truthful, room unlocked on arrival, bar had only canned beer and pound shop wine; room was not cleaned or compleyment drink topped up, for the whole stay most unuseual. would not recommend. it is not the cheapest I have stayed at.
Shared bathroom
Not enough parking
Thin walls.
Struggled to park had to book in leave and pay to park then come back at 10:30pm luckily to find a space! Got woken at 8:30am to tell me and my partner we had breakfast and if we was coming downstairs for us to get down and to be told we didnt book any.....friends room had no toilet and was communal (unfortunate for her) and the toilet was the level below. Very very small room and outdated decor.
Advertised as parking, there is limited parking and you have to go across to the law courts to park. Breakfast between 8-8.30, were on holiday remember. You pay for extras like teabags. Bed although a double was really small and uncomfortable. Asked for an en suite under special requests that was ignored, we had a small toilet and basin shower was shared. Couldn't wait to get you out in the morning.
Toilet and shower on floor below no remote for tv
Hot water only ran at a trickle
20pence if u wanted another cup of tea
Severe lack of parking
Over priced at 50 pounds for an attic room with no on suite facilities
TV set at an angle that you cannot watch from bed.
Charged for pillows that went missing from the room, we were a bunch of
cyclists doing this for charity and at the end of the day they are the
ones losing out. The owner obviously charges random people for items
which cannot be proved (how would a couple know four pillows were
supposed to be in the room).
Room was filthy, tv poor picture and sound, room was tiny and cramped.
Overpriced for the quality of the accomadation at £60 per night with no breakfast included.
Only saw one person the day we arrived. Money taken out of my account for balance two days before we arrived. Bed uncomfortable, shower next to useless and not clean. Advertised as having a bar we only saw it through the window. Will not be staying there again very disappointed with lack of welcome, facilities and overall description given by letsbookhotel.com.
the inside hallway looked great very clean, but as you go to the staircase the carpet was thread bare, there was dirt all the way up even in the corners, obviously had not been cleaned in ages.the family room was very dated and very tired.the bathroom looked like it needed a good clean and the cups were dirty, all the bed mattresses were that thin it was like you were sleeping on the base,,.the double bed base was very rockety.awful and the furniture was also shabby.
Received a charge upon checking out for missing pillows that were not there in the first place. Poor customer service, lights in my bathroom didn't work. Overall an unpleasant experience.
