Sunningdale as a homely cottage comforting atmosphere with customer focused hosts Linda, Keith and family. There's always a warm welcome and a good breakfast, clean room and comfortable bed, which I consider to be the 3 most important facilities when staying somewhere. It's a lovely short walk to the beach and close enough to walk to the amenities, pier, boat ride to other end of Skegness, pleasure beach, amusements. There was nothing to dislike about this propert. The hosts were absolutely lovely and couldnt do enough for us.
There was a lovely warm and friendly greeting when we arrived and that contiued throughout our stay.
The room we had was very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable.
The service at breakfast was also excellent.
You have a beautiful home and its so nice to share your home and hospitality. Amazing value for money (too cheap) for what you offer.
I would like to say that the hosts were absolutely fantastic , they made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. The facilities were excellent and the room was very clean , tidy and above all comfortable. The Breakfast set us up for the day and finished off a pleasurable stay . I would have no hesitation staying here again and would thoroughly recommend a stay here to friends and family alike. Thank you.
as soon as we arrived we were greeted with a warm and freindly smile and by a sence of nothing was to much trouble for the owners,
once checked in we were shown to our room and shown where everything was etc we were left alone and not harrassed every to minuetes like other places we have stayed, the food was excellent and waitress was realy nice, defenetly would stay there again 100%.
From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the staf could not
do enough for us, best breakfast I have had for along time set us for
the day.The needs of my small grandaughter was looked after in every
way. Can not fault The Sunningdale in any way, will go back and have
recomened to family as soon as I was home. 10 stars to you all.
We stayed in the four-poster room and have to say what a very nice room it was. Very clean and excellent value for money. Great hosts and a cracking breakfast, just the right size to fill you up for the day without stuffing you silly.
Thoroughly recommend to anyone and will certainly stay here again.
we found the room very good, we were told that this room is next for updating/refurbishment but could not really fault it, the family owners were very friendly and made you feel very welcome, we had 2 nights there in a very comfortable bed and would stay there again. RECOMMENDED BY US. Thanks.
Pleasant room with big shower room. Great breakfast served by pleasant, attentive staff. Flat screen TV/DVD player. free wifi in room. Comfy residents' lounge. Good location, just 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to Embassy theatre. 2 handy bus stops nearby. We will being returning!.
we arrived early but received a warm welcome & were shown to a really warm,cosy & comfortable room.It was quiet & we slept really well ! The breakfast was wonderful, eveything first class. we would not hesitate to book again or recommend to anyone.Jenny & Mick, Rotherham.
the rooms and the building in general was very nice and it was the comfiest bed ever !!!, the staff couldnt do enough for us, very good service especially at breakfast where my full english was on the table seconds after i ordered it and was very tasty.

There was nothing bad to say about the suningdale. The room was lovely

Our room was exactly as described, the staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were very good value. Security was of high standard as the only way you could get into the hotel was if the staff let you into the building or if you used the key that they provided you with.
Keith and Linda were really friendly. the place was so clean. made to feel welcome. although we had the small room it was large enough not really small at all (apart from the shower). Breakfast was really good served quick and was very tasty.

Friendly fat free breakfast was very good, we had a nice little room,
enjoyed the lounge, books, and the little touches of books for our 11 yr
old in our room. We both liked the rocking horse.
WE were running late due to car break down but one phone call to the hotel was all it took, happy greeting on arrival and enguirey about breakdown showed the caring nature of the hosts.
The hospitality was good and the breakfast was lovely.
Also I was ill and Linda the owner asked each day if I was feeling better we had a lovely time and will go back again.

the guest house was close to the sea front a nice pleasant owner it was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice we would go back again.
I think the hotel was based on older cliants with the old memrabillia brought back memerys the bed wasreally soft best nights sleep in along while.
The building itself was appealing so clean smelt fresh and clean and loved the little touches in the room would not hesitate to go back again.

The shower was a challange as we are large people and its very small for us, but managed without too many bangs and knocks.

The owners are upgrading the hotel as per room 8. The stairs could do
with abit of upgrading but that is a minor point.
Being an old building cant help the creaky stairs we heard a couple
coming in above us in the early hours.
