We enjoyed our short break immensely. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, and were always recognised when we came into the hotel by the staff on duty. The facilities were great-suited our needs perfectly. Duvets could have been slightly larger and of a higher tog. I had to resort to the extra blankets and the weather was not particularly cold. Leaving. Could not fault it!. The only very small point was no easy access plug socket for the laptop, that said moving the bed to get to one wasn't much of a problem. Bathroom was to small together with the television. No lift so had to carry our cases up four flights of stairs. Somewhat dim lighting in bedroom; lack of shelving in shower-room. Parking. It was dark and I couldn't see the sea!. No complaints. Poor WiFi connection in room. Squeeky bed! No big deal though. Had to cope with stairs which are tricky for me, but staff very helpful with luggage. Nothing to dislike. paying bill with paid for night invoiced a second time.
