Room was quiet, as I asked. Staff very helpful & polite. Room very large. Continental breakfast offered a huge and varied selection of items, far too much! Was told to help myself to any amount of free coffee or tea as I waited in the TV lounge area, waiting to be collected by a friend. Much better than having to sit in my room. Very enjoyable stay and excellent value, thank you. Superb value for money (especially airport stay/park deals). Almost on a par with a Premier Inn. Friendly/helpful staff. Excellent location next motorway (Loch Lomond 30 mins. away)and Braehead shopping & Entertainment facilities. Will return later this year. NB: This hotel is not in Paisley.
all reviews » Hotel very clean, room facilities, were great shower best cubicle I have used. Breakfast was very good great selection, parking ample and free. The staff were very friendly and good at what they did even while giving on the job training to another member of staff well done guys. Friendly/helpful staff Staff efficiency Especially Louise waitress who had to cope with 30 footballers and all other guest arriving for breakfast at the same time. Good food Any problems sorted promptly Was amazed how close we were to M8 and we could not hear the traffic. I was happy with everything no complaints ,if u want a good hotel on a budget this is the one I was very pleased with everything and taxi into town was only £8 not too bad and the money I saved on the room price more than covered taxi to Glasgow town and back. The very helpful way that the receptionist gave me directions when we were lost. The size of the room was brilliant and the sound insulation was fab. It was so quiet even though the busy M8 was right outside.Will definitely stay there again.Great value!. What a huge room! Swish and modern with facilities in excess of what I expected for £42, free WiFi (which is not always a given at the particular price point I enjoyed), included breakfast. Close to a major shopping/entertainment centre - I ate at ikea. Location ideal,very spacious and comfortable room.. Friendly and helpful staff. Dinner in the restuarnt was excellent . A very good selection was on offer for the continental breakfast which suited me fine. I will certainly use the Hotel again.. Breakfast was a little shambolic but this was not due to the lady serving breakfast but to the lack of general planning considering that a lot of peapole did plan to breakfast later. A little extra help to constantly restock items such as cups, butter, sideplates, glasses, all of which had to to be requested. This does NOT reflect on the lady doing breakfast but on the general lack of cohesion during the meal. The location is quiet awkward if you don't have a car as there isn't an public transport links nearby. It's hard to find fault, I do think breakfast was quite expensive for continental breakfast. I wish it was a little closer to the airport as it costs 10 pounds for a taxi ride. The beds were a little uncomfortable, due to the poor quality mattresses. However for a budget hotel I wouldn't expect luxury!. Air conditioner did not work, which staff knew about. Shower did not drain properly, very slow draining. Cleaning and regular changing of shower gel and the the tv was too small. Only 5 channels on tv and no radio , also didn't like the way smokers congregated outside the reception area ...sometimes until silly o'clock in the morning !!!. N/A. No negatives, you will be pleased to hear!. Short visit and hotel sufficient for stay. Nothing. Dining Room ambience seemed cold but not enough to spoil my meal Shuttle to the Airport would have been appreciated. The practical long wall desk was good, but needed a bigger mirror than the 60cm diameter one provided. rooms out the back are necessary as the rooms facing the busy highway are noisy. Leaving to go home. Getting back at about 1130pm and finding no facilities to buy a snack even from the bar ! Even our local pub in the village sells chocolate and crisps. Very odd not to at least have a vending machine available. our flight was early morning and no transfers at that time from hotel. Card pass broken so staff had to let you I room. Ice machine broken so staff had to buy retail. Felt sorry for staff, management. our room backed on to the stairs and was a bit noisy. Difficult to find. Street name not listed in street directories, thus gps has problems as well. Hotel shuttle bus to airport cannot be relied upon for every flight. Room took a long time to get warm, it was freezing outside though.
