The staff went out of their way for you, polite, friendly and knowledgable. The room excellent, the bed incredible and considering proximity to airport ( on site ) no noise at all. I really couldn't reccomend this hotel enough! I have stayed in 5* hotels but this actually surpassed service and my family had the best nights sleep in a hotel! Looking for an excuse to visit Glasgow again just to book another room!.
all reviews » Very clean, modern and in good decoration. Spacious even for a family of 4. Receptionist was helpful and efficient. Sofa bed was sturdy, comfortable and did not creak. Restaurant had a good variety of food on offer at a reasonable price and staff friendly and efficient. Break fast had a good variety on offer to cater for all tastes and was delicious. We were greeted by very friendly staff who checked us in quickly and made us feel very welcome! They also helped us organise long stay parking for our car whilst we were on holiday. Quick check-in, friendy staff and a spacious and clean room! Fantastic!. accommodation and facilities were excellent very good value for money breakfast lovely, service great and staff were very pleasant and helpful within walking distance from where the bus(500) stops at the airport terminal building. Difficulty getting through the door from the reception area with luggage and my small mobility scooter. A guest had to help me. The staff didn't even give me any consideration. The meal took over 1 hour to be served even though 2 other tables, who came in 15 mins after us, were on their desserts before our main course was delivered to the table. The room was very hot, but it was hot outside, with no wind. I find the matresses uncomfortable, at least this time. Nothing. Slow internet, distant from any restaurants. Most selections OOO. Items did not vend after taking money. Refused bar service at 25 while traveling alone for business. Driving Licence away having points added, no effort made to check booking details or anything to keep customer happy. Had to walk to the Petrol Station opposite for an evening drink. the room was a little small when the spare bed was pulled out from under the main bed, it stopped someone from getting out of one side of the bed, so with having to crawl over the other person stopped us from having a full nights sleep,. letsbookhotel.com saying that Breakfast was included in room rate but Premier disn'T. I was charged extra cash for breakfast which wasn't the price I was quoted by letsbookhotel.com. Nothing - no complaints at all!. Food wasn't great for the price we payed. The wifi did not work in my room, despite me paying the £3 extra for the service. I had to sit at the reception in order to use the Internet on my iPad. This was a complete let down. noise from room next door at 4am in the morning. Beds a bit hard (possibly new) Building works outside room at 7.20am Housekeeping walked into the room whilst we were still in bed. Room was too small. Quite expensive for what you get (and you have to pay for breakfast and check-in). I made a complaint recently about the heat in the room. I entioned this to the grl at reception and she told me that all you have to do is switch it of at the wall. \there is a heater on the wall but I is not where the heat source is. There is a temp control which allows for adjusting the temp up or down, but it always choose auto and goes back 23 deg. This far too hot for a bedroom!. nothing really,maybe a bit too hot in rooms. to walk to airport with luggage is a bit much room cold but then heater provided. The road leading to the hotel could have been clearer.
