Very friendly and service was excellent. High quality of decor in rooms. Pleasant and welcoming staff. friendly staff. Had some delays on route but phones ahead and arangements were made that there would be someone available to take care of the check in proceedure check. I reserved two rooms and received confirmation. Only one room was infact available at check-in. The staff send me to another hotel. All the staff were friendly and most helpful when we wanted info. The choice of food and drinks was excellent and very good value for money overall. The view from our Room overlooking Loch Linnhe was stunning!. Friendly atmosphere. The quality and price of meals, also the efficient and helpfull staff. The staff were very friendly and the view from the room was fantastic. Its location. Excellant location good parking friendly staff. Food was great. Location superb.Very friendly and helpful staff. Staff were very friendly, and th Hotel had a very relxed ambience, which allows clients to feel relaxed too. Despite this everything was very efficiently and speedily handled. The view. Staff helpful and friendly. Good breakfast (didn't have dinner). Very friendly and courteous staff. Beautiful location. The view and the settting they were superb. Freindly staff, location. The views were fantastic. Staff made you very welcome, views from the bay where great, good garden layout for the able walking.Cosy and well furnished. Pleasant dining room and residents lounge. Good food, reasonably priced. The location is splendid and from that aspect a lovely place to stay. Good views and position. The location is quite nice (view on loch). The staff at Onich solved the problem amicably, but this should not havehappened in the first place. My partner has restricted mobility and we both feel that the installation of a stair lift to the rooms would be a bonus to anyone with disabilities or elderly guests. We actually mentioned this to staff while we there and they might take this on board. There was nothing we did not like about the hotel at all.TV reception very poor - due to location - so this is just a comment not a criticism. No wireless connection in rooms. However I believe this is in progress. Busy road at the rear (my room was at the rear). Beds were a bit hard.Bed was a little lumpy!!1. Room one above extractor fan for kitchens and fairly noisey especially at 6.30am. Someone had obviously moved prior to my arrival as a member of staff commented on something. Not quite to the standard we expected, based on website reviews, and the room was freezing - windows had been left open when we arrived and we did not want to leave plug-in heaters on throughout the night so we were incredibly cold. Not enough facilities for the disabled, beds where not comfortable, very hard and lumpy.Nothing to dislike about the hotel, just rather expensive for a one-night stay.. Rather narrow staircase might be a problem for people with mobilty problem. Yes, the addition of VAT to your quotation of £110. Not very good beds. Not much... Gloomy room and bathroom, not very clean (bed), noisy.Sad hotel. Pub is quite ok as a place but food is really ordinary.Nothing around.
