The bars prices were surprisingly reasonable,staff couldnt have been more helpful. The room was great. i visited due to seeing Lee Evans at wembly-which was amazing by the way! and the hotel opens the bar til later if there is a concert etc so it was so nice to walk just around the corner and have a drink after instead of rushing to get the last train home-my friend missed the last hr!. I don't have one single complaint about this hotel, the lobby was gorgeous, and check in what nearly instantaneous. Staff were friendly, and helpful, I was told about the free facilities and other offers at check in. Our room had a lovely view, no sign of construction or noise as mentioned by others. The room was modern, and spacous - and everything works. I'd give 5*.
all reviews » The hotel was lovely, very clean and the staff couldn't do enough for you. I was especially pleased that the hotel catered to smokers by providing smoking rooms. It was nice to feel my custom was appreciated. I travel to London often and will be staying again. I will also be recommending the hotel to my friends at freedom2choose.info. staff were very friendly for example i arrived late due to airport problems and was last to leave the bar after dinner . the bar person asked me if i wanted another drink before she closed up and asked me which tv channel i wanted to look at.The location was excellent for the Arena, and even though it was a big hotel and a busy one, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. And the prices were very reasonable too. We'd definitely stay here again. Everything, what a great hotel! Very friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant. The food was amazing, really worth the money. We had a very enjoyable time.Could check in when we arrived even though it wasn`t 3 oclock. No complaints really just when you pull closed the curtains they didn't meet in the middle and if they did it left the sides open, so letting the light in!. The sign was a bit hard to see in the dark - mauve lighting on thin silver letters. We drove past it!. Showerhead was starting to get limescaled up which was a shame for such a good quality fitment and water leaked onto floor behind shower curtain. Just the fact that my double bed was two singles pushed together!!!. they did not have the reservation on their system, 13 hrs after the booking was made. poor selection of TV channels and poor recetion. tv reception was terrible no clear picture on any channel no pen in the room to fill out the express checkout form and no number on phone or in room menu for room service or reception. house keeping knocking on the door at 9.30!! Did they not know we were still in the room?!?. Only negative comment would be that our bed was obviously two singles put together, which was fine, but the mattress on one side of the bed was very uncomfortable as the springs could be felt through it! Other than that it was great. the keys took too long to open the the door.
