The apartments were situated in an excellent location close to Earls Court Station and local conveniences. The staff were very and the room was adequate for our purposes. It was warm and clean which were the most important aspects.

We would have liked to have been able to check in early in the morning and had to wait a few hours which was inconvenient. We would have been satisfied if we had received an acknowledging email.

Welcoming front door with Xmas wreath. Nice and warm inside. Very friendly reception staff offering lots of helpful advice. Good lift, though rather small. Lovely clean apartment. Quiet and peaceful. Very comfy beds. Nice big bathroom. Good size TV. Good size fridge. Near to tube, shops, eateries. Not too expensive and easy to book through letsbookhotel.com Would definitely stay again.

Tiny food preparation area and not much space to sit and eat at breakfast-bar. Stairs could do with bannisters for greater safety, especially for older visitors.

It could do with a lick of paint as the walls were grubby but that is my only complaint

Very clean and well decorated room. Comes with TV, wi-fi and kitchen which were all very useful. Is far enough out of the way of the city-centre to be quiet at night, while being 2 minutes walk away from the tube station. I would highly recommend staying here.

The Elevator was faulty. My friends and I were genuinely stuck between floors at one point.

The pillows were fantastic and plenty of them.

Lift tiny. Shower had hair in it when I went to use it. Small cooker was all rusty. No info on nearby supermarkets to buy groceries.

It's a quite simple service apartment with TV, cooker and kettle provided. It's clean enough.

The could easily provide coffee / tea sachets which would make the stay much more rewarding.

staff were polite. Was reasonably well decorated, comfortable bed.

Very small, asked for twin beds and got a double even though I was sharing with my brother, not clean enough. Shower head broken which I asked on the 1st night to be fixed and still wasnt when we left, so I had to hold it. Kitchen self catering is a joke. Microwave is a health and safety issue. You cannot class this as self catering, with a plug in hob and a microwave. No space for draining washed up items, no tea towels provided, toaster didnt work properly. wouldnt stay again

Location, proximity to transport and amenities, 30 mins from Heathrow and 15 mins from Piccadily Circus. Cheap, no frills accommodation. Ideal if you don't need to spend time in it. Welcoming staff.

Bit noisy due to poor window insulation, needs a significant refurbishment.

The location

Reception guy who couldnt speak English. Spent a long time at checkin. Gave me the usual excuse my room wasnt ready even though i booked from the previous day so i could arrive early, apartment was definitely not bright and it smelled really bad from somewhere outside. Very expensive for the level provided.

Convenient location, close to Earls Court

Very small room, well furnished but already worn off. Quiet vicinity, but some noisy ventilator next door ruined the sleep completely.

The location was very good, only a 5 minute walk away from Earls Court tube station

The rooms weren't especially clean & we weren't given any towels to use after a shower. So in the end we dried ourselves off with bath mats, not impressed!

I didn't like the broken window pane or the general poorly maintained features such as the very loose tap and no usable plug on the DVD player plus the broken blinds and generally tatty decor!

There is nothing good to say about this place!! My stay here in 14/10/13 was truly awful!! The lady on reception cancelled my reservation for a complication with my card once I thought it was all sorted I was then asked to leave, leaving me with no hotel in London and the minimum cost for hotels for 3 days was £2000!! The rooms are small, not clean, found dirty dishes in microwave, shower is grubby and disgusting!! Staff are shocking with customer service!! Will never stay here again!!

Near the bue station of Earl's Court

Everything else: The staff. It wasn't clean, the lift didn't work and we have to use some dirty, narrow and winding stairs to the fourth floor. The 'full equiped kitchen' was a pity. There was no sofa bed, but a bed, so we had to seat on it... This is my last visit to such a hotel (?)

Extremely dirty and smelly, springs coming through the mattress, blinds and lights that didn't work, no hot water, no staff contactable on day of departure.
