It was confortable and clean. So much more for our money than the Hilton, which is where we stayed before coming to the Hyde Park Executive Apartments. The location is amazing and I will definitely plan on staying here each time I visit London. It's located in a perfect place, it's really close to an underground station and you can get everything you need in the shops around it.

Everything!. £75 for one night. The room was clean, modern, well lit and acomfortable size for a couple. The kitchenette gives a feeling ofindependence that hotels do not. The bathroom was very clean and modern,no mould or dirt hiden in hard to reach corners. I recommend this hotelfor overnight or short stays. Value for money.It was nice and clean. The street was very noisy and the hotel was extremely hot. Your room is only cleaned (and items replaced) once a week. There was a fire alarm that went off during the night. I thought the management of such an event could have been better conducted. Luckily it was a false alarm.It was very hot in the room and other guests were making alot of noise in the early hours so we found it difficult to sleep, although there is a kettle, it would benefit from tea and coffee (like a hotel) for people staying 1 night. No Air-conditioning / Fan. A soft light option would have been good: it was either full-on bright, or dark!. Nobody at desk at 8 in morning and no clear checkout info. Had to just leave key on desk.When couldn't leave our luggage for one hour at the reception desk, because they asked from us 5 pounds for this service. no-tea-sugar. Drawbacks - the rooms are small (but this is normal for London). The bed was short. People over 170-175cm will have their feet hanging outside the bar. Not enough local info on sight and even though you could leave yourluggage there were no toilet facilities to use once you had checked out.No chopping board. Only 1 large mug. Only 1 chair. No bedside light. No bedside table. The mattress in bed was horrible and there isn´t possible to cook or make the toasts because of fire alarm, which was shouting every time..and thin walls.There was no chair or coffee table in our room although our booking confirmation said there was. Also we were advised there was a hairdryer in the room but there wasn't and when we requested same were advised none were available. The reception staff did procure one for us but it should be noted on the confirmation that hairdryers are available upon request if not provided for each room. The only thing we didn't like was that the bed was against the wall, meaning only one side to get in or out aukward for two.It has to be said, the mattresses are very uncomfortable, but that cant ruin a short stay. Very disappointed to be located in a basement room with limited natural light. This was not specified in the description when I made the booking. When bookings are made it should be clear what floor the room is on, whether it has windows, and whether it has a view; prices should be adjusted accordingly. Basement rooms should not be charged at the same rate as rooms with views.Shower pressure was kind of small. My friend said it was quite noisy outside at night, but i was too exhausted to notice anything. The things i dint like: 1. The matress is very bad even the bed is brand new, i think they need to do something about that how you sleap is very importand the other thing i did not like is that they don't clean every day.Unfortunatly...being on the basment floor...with the heating turnedon..the room was very very hot...and the light outside the door hadwater dripping through it which I told the receptionist was a firehazard but she said she could not deal with it. Comments rather than dislikes: this is an apartment, so there were noconsumeables except toilet paper - no soap, no shampoo, no teabags beprepared to bring your own. The style was minimalist - hard flooring inthe room, Ikea furniture. Internet in the lobby only.Noisy at night ( from traffic on street). the matresss is no good and the bed is too small. No comfortable chair/settee to sit in although plenty of room in the room. No cleaner, noisy at times (busy road and paper thin walls). Smoke alarms are very sensative and were set off whilst making toast.
