Perfect location for a weekend break. Overlooking Piccadilly Circus and Regent Street . Spa has been refurbished to a very high standard

Entertainment in Grill Room was a little loud and tables were positioned too close to the Piano and prevented easy conversation

The hotel's staff were very warm and friendly. Our room was quite large and well equipped. Great location. Best value I've found in London.

We would have liked to open the window at night, but the neighborhood was too noisy. This noise was not a problem with the windows shut.

From the moment we were greeted at the front door, it was pure bliss. Service was excellent! Location was great and The Grille Room was spectacular. Definitely a must!

Café Royal is by far THE best hotel we have EVER stayed in anywhere in the world. From the room, to the staff to the ambiance and location, it was absolutely beautiful.

There is NOTHING we did not like, 100 out of 100 Café Royal.

The hotel, staff and location totally superb. The rooms very contemporary loved therm.

The room although we loved it was too dark! Had to use my hair straighteners plugged into a dark wardrobe, need the option of brighter lighting.

Up graded to junior suit which was excellent compared to the disappointing room we were first allocated...normal rooms very dark and abit claustrophobic .... But the junior suit was very light and spacious ......the staff and service was excellent and some of the best I have experienced from travelling the world....thanks to the staff

The standard rooms are very poor in decor, space and are very claustrophobic .....we were there for three nights and couldn't of stayed in that room for that period of time.....

Great staff, especially concierge. Unbeatable location for theater and sights. Very nice room with all the modern amenities.

Pillows are too soft, but my wife loved them. Room technology is so modern, it can be a bit trying to figure out at tomes.

The staff is perfect .I was offered champagne for my second stay in the magnificent grill Room ( louis XVI décoration ) . The breakfast is great and it´s a pleasure to have it in the ten Room as Well as in your Room ! I ´ve tried other big hotels in London but this one is definetely the best.

Cool design of the rooms, that generally are very spacious - especially for being London! The bathrooms are amazing, marble blocks on the wall that gives you the impression of standing in an old temple. Comfortable beds. The hotel itself gives a luxurious impression. AV-system that lets you connect your media player/phone/computer. Excellent house-keeping service, butler and concierge. Good à la carte breakfast, albeit a bit expensive (but who can resist eggs Benedict?).

Poor sound-proofing of door, which you wouldn't expect from a hotel in this price category. Front-desk staff could have been a bit more attentive and personal.

I thought the Spa was fantastic. The room was superb. The breakfast and tea room were lovely. The staff were very friendly and the location was un-beatable for London!

Great place, location, staff so helpful. Good London shopping location, close to transport. Hotel is modern, great room and bathroom. Robes, slippers, bang and olufsen tv, good breakfast. Wonderful British service. Loved our stay.

Did not spend my entire week in London here. Big mistake. Stayed in another 5 star hotel in Mayfair for 2 days, not far from Cafe Royal. Serious attitude. Not so at the Cafe Royal.

Everything! The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The bedroom was superb the bathroom exceptional. Completely sound proof no busy city sounds at all. The breakfast was delicious. We couldn't fault it and can't wait to stay at the Cafe Royal again.

My boyfriend and I had an excellent stay at cafe royal! We had a problem with two tva and were kindly upgraded each time to a magnificent suite and we were refunded for a night as well. The staff takes very good care of their guests!

It's location is excellent on Regent street for luxury retail shopping, proximity to dining, convenience stores & pubs as well as Piccadilly and Oxford Underground lines AND the theatre district. The staff is incredibly friendly (not just cordial, which they are as well) and helpful and the rooms are delicious!

I honestly can't say there's a thing I didn't like ... okay, maybe one suggestion: absent drawers in the bedside tables and desk, perhaps some small containers or baskets would be nice to help retain the clean lines and aesthetic of the rooms?!

Great high quality design. Great stylish contemporary taste. Luxurious materials and finishes. Beautifully executed.

Lighting system in rooms too sophisticated and difficult to operate, not functional. This is crucial for customer comfort. Shower defficiently designed so water leaks out, always wetting the floor towels.

We booked a junior suite for 3 nights. Fantastic!

However stay out of the restaurant! i had dinner one night, choices are limited, food is rather poor, the staff although friendly is unorganized, the music was irritating and there was disco music coming from the bar. Terrible!

The staff is excellent, enough reason for us to come back. According to our son very fast internet (and no password!) And 'harry potter' elevators! All about this hotel is 22nd century, great location and great place.

Only think to consider to have a part of breakfast as a buffet (juices, fruit, cereals, danish pastry) and hot to order. Because all "a la carte" takes too long when it's busy. Nevertheless delicious breakfast!

The quality of the materials used to refurbish the hotel is superb. The rooms are spacious, stylish, very high tech and the marble bathrooms with hand-cut carrera marble baths are the best we've ever experienced. Really enjoyed cocktails and tapas style menu with great music (DJ) in the bar after going to a show.

Elegant all way round. Friendly super attentive staff. Luxury design rooms. Our room was spacious with Italian marble throughout. Coffee machine in room nice convince. Fantastic location for walking everywhere. Simply beautiful!!!!
