In case of non-social behaviour or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress. All guests will be required to produce a valid booking confirmation voucher as well as the original card used for payment and a valid photo ID upon arrival. In case of third party authorization guests are required to produce valid booking confirmation voucher with their own valid debit / credit card and photo ID upon arrival. Road noise may be audible in the apartments. Please note that My Apartments Ltd reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards on arrival for security deposit of at least GBP 200.
