The location is excellent if you are visiting the Royal Albert Hall which is just 500 yards away. The hotel is clean modern and has all the facilities you would need for a short stay. Will stay here again.

Very nice and large room, with huge and very comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were clean. The hotel is close to where I had to be for business (Imperial College) and only about 7 min walk from nearest Underground station. Staff was very kind and co-operative, even took care of the glasses I forgot behind.

Very slow Net in the room (even for paid 'faster' connection). Also, the wooden floors makes upstairs guests be heard every time they walk around.

good size room with all the extras inc toothbrush and paste,which i had forgotten to pack.Good choices at breakfast(hot and cold) The staff helpful and friendly.Will stay at this hotel again.

Quiet and secluded and close to Royal Albert Hall (for concert) and V & A museum, the reason for our visit.

The location is excellent, especially for going to the Royal Albert Hall, which is literally a five minute walk, even in heels! The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Although the hotel is modern and bright in decor, we were disappointed with our room, the bed was a little bigger than a single - not very comfortable for two. Paintwork around skirting was shabby and needed more than a quick flick with a duster.

One of us tried to have a steak for bar meal, supposedly well done. After two tries he refused it as it was still bright red. Chips were not hot enough sop soon cold

We loved the décor; the quietness of the rooms and also the location for Albert Hall, Kensington High st, Museums and parks. Also a lovely pub close by within walking distance.

The hotels location, we went to a concert at the Royal Albert Hall and shopping in Harrods. The hotel checking was efficient, the facilities very good and the breakfast better than ecpected.

A very large single glazed window on a very cold night meant the room was chilly at times.

Location is superb. Hotel is also classy and quite new, with friendly staff that is eager to help whenever you have questions. The professionalism of the staff is what really make this hotel worth a visit.

Wi-fi! I can't stress this enough- as a business traveller I am in desperate need of a functioning wi-fi. The internet was so poor that I had serious trouble even reading newspapers online. If I wanted an upgrade with higher speeds I had to pay extra money. Having already paid 185 sterlings per night this seemed quite greedy and unnecessary. This was a big dissappointment and created unwanted problems.

The Hotel is ideal for the Albert Hall, within five minutes walking distance. Our room at the back of the hotel was adequate with all of the facilities that I would expect and it was quiet. I was not able to log onto the free Wi fi in the room, but it might have been possible in the lobby.

We paid extra for our breakfast and wished that we had ventured out to the French Restaurant in Exhibition Road just South of the Cromwell Road.

I have stayed at this hotel before as I use it when visiting the Royal Albert Hall, due to the distance between the two. It's a very modern hotel, clean and the rooms are lovely. Would stay there again on our next visit to a concert.

The bar doesn't stay open late and sometime you want a drink and to relax after a concert.

Very clean throughout the hotel. Friendly staff but not overly intrusive. Nearly every comfort in room. En suite was great. Fantastic location - was at Albert Hall and Imperial College for son's graduation. All on the doorstep of the hotel - amazing! Lovely buffet breakfast made a fine start to an exciting day.

My twin room on the small side but very well appointed as stated. No view either as some sort of wall across window! Very minor point I know but although plenty of coffee etc not enough milk and no biscuits! (would be a nice touch!) Check out muddly as I had two rooms to pay for. Took ages but lady then found out I'd already been charged for one room at check in!

I liked the hotel in general - staff very helpful and efficient. Rooms really well stocked with things you might need, including toothbrush etc. Beds very comfy - breakfast was most things you could think of and good.

The nearness to the Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park. Kensington Gardens, Kensington Palace & the Museums. Also the nearness to tube stations & bus to centre.

Front of house were not always attentive e.g. dealing with a trade delivery & leaving us to wait until someone decided to speak to us.
