The person in charge, Martin, is very friendly and helpful, he sent an email days before my arrival to know my arrival time and give some indications, when I got to the hotel he showed me the room, some maps, gave indications about transportation and answered any question I could have. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was shared with other room, but I didn't care, I didn't have to wait to use it at any time nor I didn't make anybody wait. The owner was so friendly! Even though I was very early for check-in he
promptly showed me to my room. He was very helpful in giving me
directions to various locations. The breakfast was delicious and huge
and they even had non-dairy milk options! My room was clean and
extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again!.
Martin was most helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and tidy. Very quiet considering how close it was to the city. An easy 30 min walk into city centre.

Bit further than thought from centre of town.
Did not realise I had to pay owner in cash on leaving. Thought this had been via my credit card at the time of booking.
Would have been helpful to be reminded that we could only pay in cash - Panda Villa a long way from cashpoint. This should be in bold lettering on all communication.
