The owner, Chris, was extremely nice, friendly and helpful with whatever I needed, e.g. fixing immediately a window a bit hard to close, doing whatever he could to prepare an espresso (he did not have any in the house that morning so he went to get some from his own house). Room very clean, fantastic power shower, lovely breakfast. We had a nice stay in the hotel. The food is very good and the host is very nice. It only takes few minutes to the river and the center of the town. We hope to exprience the other rooms next time. My six years old daughter likes the hotel best during the 12 days' travel in UK.

Not a lot. everything was lovely, I would only suggest maybe brighter lights in the toilet for make up purposes :-). No negatives. If I'm being picky, then maybe the shower area would be a bit small for a large person. Tight space. Shower wasn't very good. Nothing. Parking could be a issue, had to park nearby. However for Cambridge any free parking is a bonus. Can't think of anything. Lighting was poor as there4 was no light for night reading in bed or in a chair. Towels were not changed and a few small things like milk for coffee were missed. The city does not provde any good info on the use of buses and city maps are confusing.. Didnt have the room id booked available so had to share with my friend. Concentrate orange juice!. you may have to park in a side street but safe. Nothing. Limited parking spaces. price. Room was a little cramped. Car parking consists of area outside the front of the house - room for 3 cars if parked considerately. Very expensive. About half the £89 cost would have been ample. Very noisy. Far too hot. The requirement to vacate by 10am. Before "Hello" or "Welcome" we were told that we hadn't paid for breakfast. Harry proceeded to complain about letsbookhotel.com saying he had been persuaded to list rooms without breakfast included. Heating never came on. Room in attic had very little natural light. Service extremely poor. Surely when you pay for a room in a bed & breakfast you generally assume that breakfast is included. Regardless of that, Harry handled the whole thing pretty badly.
