really like this place. location is nice,close to brighton pier. room clean and comfortable. staff just perfect and full english breakfast delicious. :) hope we will come back soon. We found Istanbul to be cosy and comfortable.We had a good view of the big wheel.The location was ideal i.e plenty of supermarkets and shops etc. great location, close to the rail station, beach, attractions, museums, great breakfast (full English breakfast), friendly staff.

Lovely owners. Nice budget accommodation right off the seafront! Brilliant!. The hotel was good, the staff were excellent and was kept very clean. The location was perfect, right next to the seaside, bars and shops. Very central, very cheap and good service. Staff was very friendly. Fantastic staff :). literally everthing. Value for money. Friendly,welcoming,hospitable employees from Spain and Turkey; clean room but too small for the first three nights. The last night was more comfortable in a specious room. I only stayed for one night and found the guesthouse was comfortable and cosy. The location was very convenient, I enjoyed my stay over all it was a nice place to stay. Staff friendly, breakfast good, locatiom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Suff was good. the staffs are very kind and provide very good service. bed was comfortable and location was excellent. no negatives. very small rooms and bathrooms. A bit of sprucing up would help a lot. As it is in town bring your earplugs!. The breakfast was ok but could've been a lot better, the location was very close to the beach and bars but unfortunatly all the local bars are gay but the better ones were only a five min walk away. The extortionate prices for the parking nearby. Instant coffee. Unfortunately, I did not get my breakfast, in the morning, as I had to be at work at the Labour Party Conference at 8 A.M.and they did not prepare breakfast until 8.30a.M.I Did ask them to accommodate me with a continental breakfast, but they declined to do it. Therefore, I do not think that I will stay in that hotel again, next time the Labour PartyConference will take place in Brighton. The breakfast was a little disappointing and the shower is quite small. Parking very expensive! Very noisy street kept us awake all night! Seaguls make noise all night and drunk people in steet till after 3.30am. Tiny room. The room was tiny, and kitchen staff were a bit inexperienced. Bathtoom was terriable , few minutes cold water and few minutes hot water and shower too slow , small bathroom ,. the room is tiny and the bed is not comfortable. It is too noisy (but it is common in Brighton). shower didnt drain away, fridge didnt work, view was of pigeon mess on roof tops. Cost of parking is very expensive and not local to the hotel. Breakfast was laughable - a sausage, a mushroom, a tomato, a rasher of bacon and beans. to much noise and no parking.
