pleasant staff. staff were very friendly and helpful as were the local people. Staff very helpful and obliging. Really friendly staff. very friendly staff. Easy access to the city centre. Good and easy rail link to Cardiff Centre. Hotel was the only one available because of rugby weekend but it wascheap and cheerful however everything from the bookings .com end wasfine in future must book earlier to get the better hotels. all reviews »
not a lot location was fairly good. It's a 24 hrs service front desk but by the time we want to check out we waited for half an hour for the receptionist.bedroom facilities were very poor, ie, mould on the shower door and the bedroom hd no closed hanging space and very little storage space for clothes and belongings.
