Close to the airport with free transfer. Cafe style restaurant with limited menu that could be improved although quick and cheap,

Dogs in pack, in the carpark area opposite fighting all night.

They were super quick to help you whenever you needed it. When we arrived, they young guys grabbed our huge back packs and helped us carry it up the 4 flights of stairs

There was no elevator. For older people who can't walk up stairs, it's not the easy

Great rooms and clean!

There were lots and lots of stray dogs, barking all night. The lady at reception was kind enough to let me change rooms at 1am but | still hardly slept as had to be up at 6am. If you're not a light sleeper then you won't have an issue.

Very clean room and friendly staff. Very good value. Provided me wiith a 2 hour massage at midnight.

I did not leave the hotel, so it probably doesn't make any difference -- but there is some development going on in the adjacent property.

We were very impressed by the standard of the room relative to the price.  It was clean, with modern facilities, A/C and a TV.  It was much cheaper than others in the region but met all of our requirements. There was also free transport to the airport, which was very efficient.

The restaurant is just outside the hotel and needs to work on its menu, but the food was pleasant.  The hotel is new so perhaps this will change with increased custom.

The free transportation to and from the hotel was efficient and perfectly organised. The hotel was only a 10 minute journey from the airport.

It was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay for a next morning flight.

Overall, the hotel is set in a quiet environment allowing a goodnight rest.

The airport transfer was for the wee hours of the morning only. Theyshould extend this to around the clock. It was not mentioned on thewebsite about the transfer timing. Therefore, booking from overseas, wewould have assumed that free transfer is provided. However, this was notthe case when I want to go to hotel after their free transfer timing andhave to pay for the transfer.

Very adequate as a transit / overnight hotel close to the airport

No elevator. Needing to carry heavy suitcases up to the 4th floor isn'tfun. For a brand new hotel this omission seems crazy.

The restorant next door serves tasteful fried rice. The staff is friendly and the price is reasonable. The open air bazaar few times a week at the vacant plot in front of the hotel has full of small stuffs and Thai things and foods. The barber shop nearby is nice (the optional shampoo was with water though).

You have to call the hotel for pickup. Everything in the bathroom gets wet when you take a bath.

The friendliness of the staff

It was noisy especially when guests arrived in the middle of the night. The bathroom was wet when you took a shower and you have to dry it if not you could slip. I am glad I did not bring my 80 yr old mother with me which I originally planned to take along.

The actual hotel was fine and quite new. However location wise not that good unless you want to use the free airport pick up and drop off. As a one night stop over via the airport the place serves the purpose well.

Nothing, it took a bit of an effort to get the instructions on how to access the free airport pick up, when I was informed the process worked fine!
