I stayed here on arrival in Thailand as a stopover (see previous review ) and found it perfect for an airport hotel or as a base to explore Bangkok ( although at a distance ) So I stayed again whilst awaiting my return flight. I had to wait after checkout time for my flight but was offered all hotel facilities (apart from room ) until my taxi to airport. All previous reviews describe it accurately.

The hotel is well situated and easily accessible to a variety of different kinds of eateries. Comfortable room. The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed swimming pool and breakfast was ok. Coffee and tea in room was good. Transfer to airport was fantastic. Would stay here again and very relaxing. 3-star hotel, but 5-star service! Just great. 10 minutes from the airport. Basically everything- the room was nice, stuff was SO friendly, 5 min to airport, cheap shuttle, pool, aircon, internet... everything, everything. location great, next to market, lots of bars and restaurants and only minutes from the airport. The airport picking service is quite good. Not much just a stopover staff very friendly. People complaining about hard beds. In Thailand you get hard beds. they are good for you! I slept like a log. Nothing. - swimming pool is small (for babies) - noisy guests. I had a vision of spending my last day in Bangkok by a pool. This was the smallest pool I had ever seen and it was located between two buildings, so it didn't get much direct sunlight. Other than that, everything was perfect. Bed was hard. -. A restaurant with more variety of menu´s and better food would be nice. Balcony was right on a wall so claustrophobic. Decor in room wasn't very nice. A la carte food is frozen. No restaurants around, most of the dishes in the hotel restaurant were not available. nothing. If you want to get some sleep here before or after a flight, it's tough here. The bathrooms have vents open to the outside that can't be closed, and the sound clearly comes into the bedroom, so you hear everything: people, frogs, planes. Everything was great about the place except the sleep. Night tables a bit dirty. No shower curtain. Only wifi in check-in lobby, no wifi in room. Shuttle bus a bit long time to arrive. No elevator for heavy suitcases but the staff carried them up for us. Rooms were very small but comfortable. Stairs and no lift to top floor. Pick-up schedule at the Airport, could be more punctual and improved, in order to recommend higher. The location would have been very hard to find without the hotel shuttle. The ally's were very dark and a bit scary at night. Rooms a bit to small, and the receptionists tried to pull a fast one buy asking for 100 baht for the "free' round trip airport transport service as advertised....I assume a few foreigners in a hurry get conned on that one. the hotel is far away from the subway. not worthy the price it charges. No lift.
